Appalling service been over a year since I had a check up to be told only dealing with emergency appointments as they don’t have any NHS dentists Job been advertised for over a year Tried to ring for an appointment to as I have tooth ache now not able to get through Constantly engaged or kept on hold Went to the office as website said open till 7pm Mondays To be advised office is closed hasn’t been 7pm since covid I think they need to look into phone system and update website There is an option on website to book your own appointments but another service that doesnt work Honestly never known it to be so hard to give away me money

Phone line rings but nobody answers. After 20 failed attempts throughout the week, I called in the morning to be told, unless it was an emergency to call back after 10! I’m now going to drive down to make an appointment over the counter. Such a shame the receptionists are letting the side down as the dentists themselves are lovely.

Would rate 0 if I could, phone lines never work. You’ll ring and no one answers or they hang up. If you want an appointment or need to speak to someone about anything you’ll 100% have to physically go to the place yourself as you can not get in touch at all not even by email. Reception staff have awful attitudes as well especially the older ladies.

The best Dentists I have been to. Highly recommended especially if you are in pain.
