Alpha Dental Care Blaydon

So disappointed. I’ve been a part of this surgery all my life (50 years). Previously I’ve been so impressed that when I moved to morpeth I continued coming to mr Hague who was just brilliant in experience and nature. I’ve been today for a checkup but I also have a loose tooth which is honestly hanging by a thread so with a bit numbing would have been out in seconds. I was told it couldn’t be done because she only had 15mins with me. There was no settling in, ‘how have you been’ that sort of thing, something I appreciated mr hague for knowing how nervous I was. She was rushing around taking X-rays, totally didn’t put me at ease in fact just the opposite . I was told I could come back at 3:30 (it was 11:00) but living in morpeth that wasn’t practical. So I’ve come home and continuing to extract my own tooth. And decided to go down the Bupa avenue who were lovely when I phoned when I got home - a bit like mr hague was. I don’t mind paying into the NHS providing you at least get the treatment you need when you need it. It’s just a shame a decent dentist like mr Hague retired

Excellent care from start to finish. Mr Burnett is very friendly and professional making you feel at ease. I recently had composite bonding to repair a front tooth and cosmetic teeth whitening and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Can’t stop smiling 😊

Went through process of booking. Paid for the service then when arrived told that the price was incorrect and had to pay more. Fleecing people when they arrive!! Not on. Be aware of this before booking.

This is the best dental practice I have ever been to. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Dentists are top notch, mine found a cracked tooth that had been niggling for a few years which had been completely missed by my previous practice. The hygienist doesn't hurt when she cleans my teeth, she's very thorough and really friendly too. All in all fantastic and sympathetic to nervous patients. I don't dread going to the dentist anymore, never thought I'd say that!!
