Excellent caring and professional. I had a genuine long standing fear of going to the dentist. The dentist Imran and nurse Louise showed genuine empathy and compassion. Spent time settling me in explaining every step, with check-ins every step. They both made feel comfortable and I can safely say never felt so at ease at the dentist. I needed a repair on a broken tooth and at back. Talked through repair options and repaired it to an excellent standard. I feel very much at ease and confident to return to their care. Thank you

The whole team from reception to nurse/dentist are friendly, polite and welcoming & professional . I was asked how I was from the beginning and all the way through my procedure, my dentist and hygienist told me everything I needed to know. I would highly recommend this practice.

Absolutely brilliant, irman is a blast makes you giggle and is very down to earth. I'm really glad I chose this practice to come too. I normally get anxious about health care, irman made me feel very comfortable and any questions I had were answered.

I wanted to express my admiration for the outstanding dental care provided by your practice; the dentist is absolutely fabulous and truly professional. However, I must bring to your attention a rather distressing issue that some patients, including myself, have encountered outside the clinic – the parking situation. It is quite ridiculous that parking charges have been set at an exorbitant £60. This sum feels like an absolute rip-off, especially for NHS patients who may already be struggling financially. It’s disheartening to think that those attending for essential healthcare are being penalised by such extortionate parking fees. 😡 I urge you to reconsider the parking arrangements or liaise with the parking company to implement fairer charges that do not add undue stress or financial burden to your valued patients. Ensuring accessible and reasonably priced parking would certainly enhance the overall patient experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Very nice dentist , very good bunch of staff who are friendly and happy to assist , The practitioners are highly skilled and are not satisfied until you are happy , my 1st visit i had issues , but it’s nearly impossible for the dentist to make minute adjustments without the patient having sensation is impossible , so next day i explained i was in discomfort , they squeezed me in for a free of charge appointment to amend the work done …. For this on NHS it’s amazing service and treated very well . Many thanks .

Genix provide a comprehensive and effective dental service in friendly, clean and comfortable surroundings. Also provide essential training for student dentists if agreed with patients.

I had a filling that had fallen out. They got me in the same day I rang and it was soon sorted out. The dentist was professional, kind and considerate as was the whole team. I am one lucky lady to have them as my dentist
