Since recently being accepted as an NHS patient, I’ve been extremely impressed with the care and service I’ve received from everyone at the practice. The whole team have been friendly, welcoming, professional and genuinely helpful throughout. A special shout-out to Dr Akashi Parekh. Following a trauma injury in January, I was left with a troublesome, inflamed area of gum that wasn’t healing properly. Although I had seen several highly experienced dentists, Dr Parekh was the first to investigate it thoroughly and take the appropriate action. He was conscientious, meticulous and reassuring, and I felt completely confident in his care. His professionalism, clinical judgement and attention to detail were outstanding. Thank you to Dr Parekh and the entire team for the excellent care I received.

We had our first appointment as a family after moving dental practices and we had such a positive experience at the clinic! From the reception team to our dentist Dr Aakash Parekh, everyone was so helpful and friendly Adequate time was dedicated to explain the procedures and our active dental status and didn’t feel rushed at all. I recently had a root canal procedure performed by Mrs Thomas who I highly recommend. I was not actually expecting the treatment to be successful because my tooth was dead following a rugby injury nearly 50 years beforehand and my regular dentist's x-ray did not show any sign of a root canal. I went to Mrs Thomas because I thought she was my best chance of keeping the tooth. I am now delighted that after 6 months without any problems and with lost bone growing back it looks like the procedure has been very successful.

Myself and my wife have finally found a dentist that satisfied all our needs. From the initial consultation to the actual dental work, the whole process was an absolute pleasure. All the staff are very friendly and approachable. A special mention to Jennifer who was fantastic and made my visit very enjoyable. I never thought going to the dentist would be so much fun! I was very nervous of this procedure. I had heard such horror stories. But Rose and her team were Professional, caring and calming, made the whole experience painless and worthwhile.

Dr Sonu Thomas is a brilliant dentist! The various work I've had done over the years has always been top quality! Does what you want (except if detrimental), with top advice! A real top guy too! The dental nurses are always great too, as well as all the staff and the building! Ace!
