Richmond Terrace Dental Centre

I have been going to Richmond Terrace for 35 years. The location is good in Blackburn town centre. All of the staff are very friendly. The reception staff are so nice when you check in and leave, friendly, polite and helpful. It's nice to be greeted with someone friendly with a smile. My dentist is very nice. He listens to what you say and I trust him with my treatment. I recently had an appointment with the hygienist. My teeth felt so much better after so clean, I will be making another appointment soon with the hygienist before my next check up. I can highly recommend Richmond Terrace Dentist for all dental work.

Really good dentist no problems at all polite I recommend this dental practice highly enough. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re treated with genuine kindness and care. The entire team is incredibly welcoming.

I am so thankful that my family moved over to this practice, the care that we receive is of the highest quality. I have had two implants with Dr Temraz and I would recommend him highly to anyone considering this treatment.

Absolutely adore this dental centre the staff are super helpful!! they do amazing work with myself and help my daughter enjoy going the dentist when she first time!!! She isn’t afraid to go her dentist on regular basis appointment and even explain how her teeth feeling 🥹🥹

After years of waiting I thought I'd found an NHS dentist. First appointment on the 17th March cancelled by them, they made a new appointment, cancelled again, 3rd cancelled and then the 4th again today. I rang up to ask why are these appointments being cancelled, i was told the dentist is on holiday. if that is the case, why are they giving appointments to patients? I've booked time off work for every appointment and this is how I'm treated and it appears I'm not the only one. I will now file a complaint with the Governing body 'General Dental Council'. It seems that if you have an urgent dental appointment (which I have) they are trying to force you to pay full private price rather than the NHS Standard price. I'm also sure that the Lancashire Telegraph will be interested in this too. I see that you replied a week ago and promised this would be looked into by a manager and I would be contacted. It seems you've cancelled that too, I've heard absolutely nothing from you. Thanks again.

It was a pleasure to get my procedure done by this dental centre’s representative named Faizan e Muhammad. Such a brilliant and professional man with great communication and exceptional skills. I was so relieved after my procedure and Faizan demonstrated the further details very thoroughly. I really recommend them..
