Fantastic dental practice. Dentist Paddy Sondhi is amazing with my children and has also helped ease my dental anxiety from childhood. The whole team is warm and supportive, and the ladies on reception are always beyond helpful. My family is well cared for and at ease during visits. Highly recommended

I cannot recommend Dr. Prabhjot at the University Dental and Implant Centre enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. Dr. Prabhjot is wonderful, highly professional, kind, and extremely reassuring. Every step of the treatment was explained clearly, and I always felt supported. Liya, the nurse, is equally amazing, gentle, attentive, and caring. Together, they make what can be an anxious experience feel calm and comfortable. Truly exceptional team!

Been a client here for along as I can remember and only had about 4 or 5 different dentists in all that time. All have been excellent as are all of the staff at the practice. It is a pleasure to visit which I know is not the experience of friends at other practices. I cannot recommend highly enough.

If I could give 12/10 I would. From the first visit for assessment through to fitting all round very good experience. Dentist, Nurses, and the reception team are all great. I'm not naming my dentist as that's unfair on the team. Very experienced dentist on the first visit came up with a couple of options in minutes, very confident and experienced. Well don't expect implants in 5 minutes, the implant needs to bond to the bone that's 4-6 months, my journey started in November 2023 and finished June 2024. Pain, no, none well in the chair, but the treatment itself will be sore, tender, some bruising and swelling, but that soon goes, my Moto short term uncomfortable long term gain. Thinking of implants come here first.

Referring to my first appointment experience, the dentist, hygienist, nurses, and staff I met at this centre were professional, very helpful and friendly. However, their appointment schedule is quite full, especially for hygienist appointments. If the hygienist appointment sessions could be extended by 10–15 minutes, it would be better.

Always very welcoming and never less than excellent work. They’ve helped me to keep my teeth in my head for decades ever since I was a student.
