Orthodontics Exclusively

A big thank you to all at OE for helping my son (16 years old) with his braces. His teeth are fantastic now (braces removed today). The service and care was exceptional, aftercare and appointments managed very well. Keep up the good work 🙂

They rush every appointment, one time the nurse left a rubber band embedded in my gums which caused it to swell and bleed, when it was found in the next appointment she just took it out and took no accountability and told me to keeo the area clean. It always feels rushed, teeth are never correctly assessed, once they forgot to put in all the elastics around the bracket too. Honestly horrible every time i go staff are so unproffesional and its stressful to go and have my appointment

I give this a 5 star review because, as a patient here, I’ve been treated with nothing but kindness and care. The team is always lovely, and they make sure I’m comfortable at every appointment, especially when working on my braces. Their caring attitude and constant reassurance really make’s a difference, and I always feel like I’m in safe hands.

I am unsurprised to see that this poor practice has not improved since I last visited it as a child. Firstly, my consultation was nearly an hour late. Following this, I was seen by Dr Cottam, who was extremely ill-mannered and very rushed. During the consultation, various members of staff repeatedly entered and exited. I would advise anyone who wants to be treated with respect to avoid this practice.

We had an appointment today. We were seen promptly. My daughter has a brace and needed a review. Dr Cottom explained everything so clearly and made sure we understood the routine that we had to follow before we left. Abdul was really friendly and reassuring when my daughter was nervous. Thank you for everything ❤️

I Saw Mrs cottam when I brought my autistic son for an appointment about braces, we received an amazing service and Mrs cottam explained every step in detail to us. We were seen on time and I highly recommend!!

Shahnaz is amazing! She’s been my orthodontist for a while now, and I still have my braces. They’ve always been really comfortable, and she always makes sure everything feels right during my appointments. I go in regularly, and she’s always so kind, patient, and easy to talk to. Even her Assistant Leena was super nice. I always leave feeling taken care of and happy with her.
