Bhandal Dental Practice

I've had mixed experiences with this dentist in the past, but today's treatment was excellent. I didn't get the Dentist's name but he was polite, respectful and gave me a great outcome. He went above and beyond and I'm very happy with my outcome, and he was very understanding about my dentist phobia, helping me to feel as relaxed as possible.

Every time I came in I had to fill out new patient paperwork which was annoying. Id book appointments and then somehow they'd just disappear off their system. I got a filling here and wasn't asked what kind of filling I wanted. A sort of strip was used on my tooth (at quite the cost as well!). I never had this sort of filling before. It ended up just pulling straight off after using some whitening strips and I had to then find a new dentist to get a proper composite filling.

This is the worst dentist I have ever come across. Lack of professionalism right from the secretary. Main dentist does not seem qualified and confident in what she is doing, did not to my scale and polish during check up appointment I had to go back a second time just for that and she cleaned my teeth in less than 1 minute (felt no difference in my teeth). Now there is no dentist for 3 months! I will not be going back. I do not know how this dentist is still up and running!

This dentist is such a unprofessional .. thy keep changing money n done nothing The co ordinator Rey Meason is such a unprofessional, she hasn’t responded to an email from September 2025 Receptionist Mandy doesn’t have simple basic courtesy to handle patients I have been chasing on my query since sept 2025 no response yet Dentist did filing in sept n it fell off in couple of weeks this kind of knowledgable doctors they have People be careful before u decide to put ur oral health in risk with this practice

Terrible dentist - do not recommend. The receptionist is unprofessional and unhelpful, and the dentist never seems to be there. Wouldn’t go near this practice with a barge pole. Previously I had a dental emergency while pregnant and they refused to see me despite being registered with them. Look elsewhere!

my whole family is registered here ,my 9 year is crying with dental pain daily they book an appointment in 2-3 weeks time and cancel it at last moment been going onn since 6 months,,v un professional and lazy staff..v inconsiderate and rude

This is the worst dental surgery. Doesn't even deserve a 0ne star!!! The dentist herself is visually unprofessional and lacks consideration for the elderly. My mother ended up in the hospital with an infection that the dentist failed to diagnose. Even the consultant stated that, as a dentist, failing to identify this was unacceptable. This dentist should not be practicing. I strongly advise against going here, as you would be putting yourself at risk.
