My overall experience today was very positive, excellent customer service,reception staff polite and respectful, Dentists experience was very reassuring and understanding , he took time to explain treatment plan, making sure i understood plan also the option to choose. Overall very positive , even though it was a very busy time, and i had to wait due to the workload but didn't mind , all staff managed the situation very well.

I arrived late to my appointment. 20 minutes late and I told by the receptionist it would be own to the dentist, whether I would be seen. He agreed to see me, and I didn’t have to wait along. I was happy with the service.

Took kids and myself to Nahim khan best dentist in bham hands down have tried others with issues great practice and customer care with top notch teethcare thank you for making a somewhat scary process a pleasant one.

My son obtained an emergency appointment via NHS111. He's disabled and is usually seen by the specialist community dental service so I was a little apprehensive to be referred to a general dental practice. However, I needn't have worried as my son received excellent treatment within 24 hours. All staff were really friendly and helpful and put my son at ease ( not always an easy task). Reception staff were particularly helpful. Thank you 🙂

Very disappointing service. Reception staff are rude, disrespectful, and speak poorly to elderly patients. We arrived on time with appointment confirmation, yet were falsely told we were late and refused treatment. They blamed "system changes" instead of taking responsibility. Unprofessional behaviour and poor patient care. Strongly do not recommend.

Worst experience with a dental clinic. I went there because of tooth pain and decay, but instead of treating the actual problem, the focus was on paying for a private cleaning first. I felt there was clear exploitation of patients, especially NHS patients. There was not enough transparency regarding the prices or whether the procedures were actually necessary. I will not return to this clinic and I do not recommend it.

Dr Naeem was fantastic pain free quick fix really happy Fixed my loose crown with in 2 minutes. Very friendly dentist
