I have been a patient of Dr Khan since I was a toddler, and throughout the years I have consistently received exceptional care. The staff are always friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the practice itself is consistently clean and well-maintained. I would especially like to highlight Dr Khan’s dedication and commitment to his patients. He has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions. Most recently, he stayed after hours to complete an extraction because I had to work late. He did this without any complaint, purely to ensure I received the care I needed. His willingness to sacrifice his personal time truly demonstrates how much he puts his patients first. The treatment quality at the practice is excellent, and the team communicates very well—always keeping me updated and contacting me whenever an earlier appointment becomes available, especially when I need to be seen urgently. I have never experienced any issues with the practice, and I believe they deserve recognition for their outstanding service and patient-centred approach.

My experience at Bordesley Village practice was very positive and reassuring. The staff were very comforting and considerate, given that dental practices can be quite anxiety-inducing. The dental nurses were all fantastic, and Dr Hasan has always taken the time to answer any questions and ensure I feel comfortable during appointments. I also appreciate how professional and organised my dentist is, from routine check-ups to my recent referral for braces. Since a child I have always had a fear of going to the dentist but Dr Khan is the best, he always manages to put me at ease, knows how to calm me down, gives me the time I need if it all gets too much instead of just getting on with the task at hand. He is such a lovely, kind & caring man who I've had the pleasure of knowing for many, many years who I see as a friend not just my dentist. Dr. Hasan took great care of me with my treatment. He clearly explained all options with good chair-side manner and seamlessly carried out my treatment with no pain. I had no problem getting an appointment here and will definitely be back for any future treatment.

I was able to get an appointment just a week after calling, which was great. Staff were very friendly, Dr Hasan Abdullah and took the time to walk me through and explain my options for retainers and Invisalign. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, and the environment was very comfortable, making it easy for me to ask anything I needed. Overall, a really positive experience.

I would highly recommend this practice. I usually see Dr Abdullah and he has always been friendly, professional and takes the time to answer any questions you may have and explains things really well. He has been exceptionally great with my kids. My eldest who's had to have a referral done early on and he has been very supportive in pushing for this. The reception staff have always maintained professionalism and warmth too and I've never had a problem getting my appointment in a timely manner which is a breath of fresh air!
