Birmingham Smile Clinic

I’m still undergoing my braces treatment, but so far I’ve had a great experience. The staff is always friendly and professional and I already see progress in my smile. Deisha at the front desk is always welcoming and helpful making every visit enjoyable.

I have been with smile clinic for quite some time. Everyone is really lovely, not only the dentist but the reception staff too. I was with the Smile clinic on the NHS plan for braces I started in primary school. My brace journey has been very hard but with the clinic support I have had the best experience. I stopped wearing my retainers which led to my braces moving and me unhappy with my smile. But now I am on a private plan with the clinic and they have been extremely supportive. They offer really good advice and accommodate to your needs exceptionally. I am now 21 and half way through my brace journey. I’m hoping to have everything done in time for graduation so I can take my picture perfect smile as I hold my scroll!

Receptionist staff really lovely and professional. However I find the dentists very rude:the fact that they overlap you when you’re trying to speak is quite disrespectful. Furthermore, every time I take my child out to the practice, I am told of something different every time! Been with this practice for 3 years now; last appointment I was notified of my child’s issue with plaque, the one I went after, I get told it was gums. As well as this, I was informed that I would have my child’s braces within the next appointment; Instead, I was told that the braces would be in another years time. Staff need training to be able to talk to children in a proper manner!

i love it so much , it didn't hurt at all , amazing place to get your braces done and i love this place so much. The workers are absolutely incredible with doing their job , When i got my braces i thought it would hurt but honestly it was the easiest thing ever.

I’ve had my braces here for about 8 months and it’s been a great experience so far. The staff are super friendly and everything runs smoothly at appointments. I’ve already seen really good progress and I’m glad I chose this clinic. Definitely recommend!

Lovely staff. Always willing to listen but also have the time to educate and give their honest opinion when asked. My son’s teeth are almost perfect and they could have taken the braces off but chose to keep them on to try and perfect them… What more can you ask for?! Well done to these guys and keep doing what you’re doing! Thank you

I had a really good experience overall getting my braces here. The team were very supportive and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Whenever I broke a bracket, it was handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. When I first got my braces, I did get a small cut on the inside of the bottom of my mouth, but the wax they provided helped a lot and stopped it from getting worse. They also checked in with me to make sure I was happy with how everything looked. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and the care I received.;)
