I had my dental cleaning today and it was a really good experience. Dr. Simon O’Hanlon was very professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The cleaning was thorough and everything was explained clearly. The staff were also friendly and welcoming. I left feeling fresh and really happy with the care I received. Highly recommended.

Woodlands offer a great service from start to finish. The online appointment system is great to look ahead and select a convenient time. On arrival, the reception team are always welcoming & professional. I have been a patient of Mr Ellis’ for years, he is always punctual, professional and friendly. I attended for a hygienist appointment with Trisha today and had a really positive experience. The 8.30am appointment gave me flexibility to fit the appointment in before work and Tricia clearly explained what she was doing throughout. She was kind and put me at ease. Thank you, from a very satisfied customer!

Brilliant service throughout but dentist Stephen E was super helpful recently with my mouthguard. My initial set wasnt a perfect fit but with his dedication and professionalism he had a second set made for me which fit perfectly. He was very good at communicating everything with me. I would recommend this practice.

I have always been a bit nervous about going to the dentist, but Nicole completely puts my mind at rest. She talks me through everything, reassures me throughout the appointment, and constantly checks that I’m okay. She always tells me to signal if I need her to stop, which makes a huge difference. I have complete faith in Nicole because she does a perfect job every time. I always feel safe, calm, and in very good hands with her. Arrived for an emergency appointment after a filling fell out and severe pain. Dentist James Ashley quickly identified the need for an extraction. He explained the procedure thoroughly and carried it out quickly and with no fuss. Excellent advice afterwards. All round great service.
