Before beginning treatment at West House Orthodontist, I was quite self-conscious about my teeth. However, the entire experience has been transformative. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making the process of wearing braces far more manageable than I anticipated. They consistently ensured I was comfortable and well-informed at each stage. Now that my treatment is complete, I am absolutely thrilled with the results. The improvement in my smile has significantly boosted my confidence. I am deeply grateful to the orthodontists and staff at West House for their expertise and care.

Visited West House Orthodontics this morning to try and find a solution to a retainer issue just before Christmas 😞 walked in as soon as they opened praying for a solution but not expecting one, so close to Christmas 🌲. Ashley on reception was exceptional 👌 listened to the problem, identified the need for retainers over Christmas to stop his teeth moving and organised a remould, and logistics to and from Chester in a day, before everything shut down. I can't thank her and Holly (who did the mould) enough, it's often in times of trouble that you realise how good the staff here are 😊

Our daughter was referred to West House for braces, and has just had the braces taken off. She's always had a lovely smile. Everyone at West House has made it perfect. She loves how her teeth look now. We've been for a number of appointments, & needed extra bands and one time having the braces repaired. Every time we've been we've been warmly welcomed by the reception staff, seen quickly, professionally, and with kindness by the dental teams. Nothing seems to phase the staff, and they get everything done without fuss. They're great. Thank you all.

My daughter had braces fitted by Mr O’Malley 17 months ago. Throughout our regular visits, he has always been very friendly and approachable. He was very positive and encouraging to my daughter. We were always kept well informed. The braces did their job within the original time frame and the results are fantastic! Thank you! We are now in to the retainer stage and will return for a check-up in 6 months. Reception staff and dental assistants were always friendly and helpful. Thank you to all. I would highly recommend this practice.

My overall experience over the last 2 years with them fitting and removing my daughters braces has been first class. The dentists were professional and helpful throughout the process and always friendly with my daughter and comforting her if any worry’s. The reception staff always friendly and greet you with a smile and again helpful with always sorting out appointments and or amending them. My daughter is over the moon with the end result of her teeth being straightened and they do look a lot better. Thanks for all your help

My son has had his braces removed after being with the practice throughout the whole process. The team have been so lovely with him and relaxed and that really helped the nerves around it all. He’s so happy with the results Thank you Sharon
