Today was my first visit to this dental practice, and I was delighted to have the opportunity to return to an NHS dentist. The practice itself is set within a charming Victorian house, which is beautiful inside. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and I was checked in promptly before being directed upstairs to the waiting area. The upstairs space is a large conservatory at the rear of the building, offering a lovely view over Bebington, which made the short wait very pleasant. I was called in within a few minutes by the dental nurse, who was also friendly and professional. The dentist took time to have a brief discussion with me before carrying out the examination. She was knowledgeable, reassuring, and clearly passionate about her work, which immediately put me at ease. I explained that I experience anxiety when visiting the dentist due to past childhood experiences, and she was very understanding and considerate throughout. The examination was thorough, including detailed charting and two X-rays. I was given positive feedback on my oral hygiene and advised to book an appointment with the hygienist. The receptionist efficiently arranged my follow-up appointment and provided me with an appointment card. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I feel confident and comfortable returning for future appointments.
Like most people, I hate dentists. After I moved I had to change dentists and lost my NHS place. My experience since having to go private has been very disappointing. I was looking for a new practice and thought I would give this one a go as it is near to where now live. I was very very surprised. The staff and receptionists were friendly (not my usual experience) and the dentist was very friendly and chatty. I felt at ease and felt respected when discussing my treatment i needed and was given plenty of options for following up appointments. They were also incredibly competitive with their prices for new client check ups. Cheaper than most other dentists infact. I left feeling very positive and I would absolutely recommend them, especially if you find yourself having to go private.
Pleasant staff and surgery. Only issue is my son can no longer attend as there seems to be a cull on patients who have not been recently. That tends to be youngsters and that’s not fair. But it’s not the dentists fault. It’s either the government or the firm that own the practice.
Excellent. Staff very friendly and inviting. Treatment received first class at a very reasonable price. Would thoroughly recommend.
I'm an extremely nervous patient, however, after 3 years of not been able to see an NHS dentist, I was very impressed with the care and service I received. I feel extremely lucky to have found an NHS dentist to care for me. Thank you for your service
Daniel McKenzie & his Dental Nurse today were both really professional & friendly. Went for a check up. He explained specifically why it was important to floss which had never been explained before by other dentists. Happy 😊 thank you
Came in for a check up and clean on Friday last week. Graham is excellent, very professional and friendly and also great for advice too. The girls on reception are always helpful and cheerful which gives the place a really good vibe.
