All 3 of my daughters have been patients here and I cannot recommend enough. The results have been amazing and have given my girls beautiful smiles! All the staff are fantastic. Professor Lee is very professional and explains every step of treatment clearly and builds up a good rapport with his patients. Hayley and Alison (dental nurse/reception) are both lovely and I enjoy catching up with them at visits!

Prof Lee went on to propose and fully explain to me a course of treatment which I immediately felt confident to accept. I had adult orthodontics with Billericay orthodontics starting treatment in 2017 and finishing late last year. The surgery is clean and modern and the staff are friendly and nice to deal with. I was very comfortable at all my appointments and they were handled efficiently and on time. Unfortunately I’m really unhappy with my final result and actually wish I had never had treatment. I don’t necessarily blame this on the practice but this is my experience. If you are an adult seeking treatment for cosmetic reasons only I caution you to be very sure this is what you want. I feel I was unaware and unprepared for the side effects of adult braces. In my opinion my teeth do not fit together as well as they did before, my bite feels off, I have root shortening (apparently a know side effect of orthodontics), I have black triangles in my gum line (a side effect of adult orthodontics), the surface of my teeth is no longer smooth and cosmetically the result is not what I expected. Possibly my expectations were too high, but yours may be too. Billericay orthodontics are continuing to support me at this time. One thing to be aware of though is that your orthodontist will not be available at the practice every day of the week, in my experience only one day, and unscheduled appointments will not always be possible at convenient times to fit around work.

I am coming up to my ten year anniversary of having straight teeth and can honestly say that Billericay Orthodontists are the best. All staff are lovely (shout out to Alison!) and caring, the payment plans are affordable and it is generally the best money I've ever spent, the confidence you feel having straight teeth is priceless. I was that person who never fully smiled and now I beam all the time. If you are an adult and think it is too late to get a brace all I can say is DO IT! And do it at Billericay Orthodontists!

As someone who is absolutely terrified of dentists I have always happily walked into Billericay orthodontics and never been scared- the staff are all so so so lovely and welcoming and definitely put anyone at ease who is just like me. I have just finished my 2 and a half year journey, came in back in March 2020 with a huge overbite and very wonky teeth and after a year of twin blocks and a year and a half of braces I can now say I am so happy with my new smile! I will miss coming to Billericay orthodontics every 6 weeks haha! I cannot thank Dr Singh enough for everything (and of course all the other lovely staff) I am so so so so so so pleased with my new smile😁 Harriet x
