Jordan the hygienist is great, very helpful. However my dental experience less so. I was told that I couldn’t have implants because I didn’t have enough bone. I was also told bone grafts didn’t work (they do!). I asked about dentures and got a very negative reaction. The dentists only suggestion was to extract teeth and let me get on with it, which was disappointing. I went to a new dentist who said there was no problem at all having implants so 6 months later I’ve now got several which I’m happy with. The previous dentist was relentlessly negative and unhelpful regarding implant advice, and his knowledge seemed out of date. I wish I’d stopped listening to him several years ago and gone elsewhere. I did write and gave him an opportunity to respond, but clearly he couldn’t be bothered. To be fair, if you need an extraction they’re absolutely fine, but for anything more complex, look elsewhere.

Dental appointment was cancelled with 20 minutes' notice - no apology given, and was then offered the chance to rebook an appointment in late-October which is not acceptable. Have been a loyal customer for many years - and will be looking to go elsewhere, prices are also very high.

Parking is adequate, reception is clean and staff are always polite. Always been on time, send appointment reminders and give a great service. Happy to be a returning customer

A visit to the hygienist this morning and met the lovely Jordan. An experience that I don’t usually like and feel a little nervous turned out to be very comfortable and she and her lovely dental nurse made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
