Brand new, lovely 'bedside manner' nurse and hygienist were very good, conscientious and very much on the patients side. Patient, caring and genuinely very competent too. Highly recommended if looking for a new dentist in the bicester area.

So Market Square Dental is absolutely amazing! I'm a very nervous patient and I was given a recommendation to come to this dental practise, and I can truly say I was treated really well. You can see Dr Patel genuinely cares for his patients and takes his time to explain everything clearly and calmly which really helped me. I am sold! I will be moving my whole family to this practise as I know we will be in excellent hands. The practise itself is professional, friendly, clean and not so clinically scary! The staff are also lovely! Really good experience at Market Square Dental! I went in for a hygienist appointment and an examination and everything went smoothly. The hygienist was super gentle and explained things in a really clear, easy way, which I appreciated. The examination was also straightforward and reassuring, with helpful advice and no pressure. The helpdesk team were lovely too—friendly, organised, and made everything easy from booking to check-in. Would definitely recommend!

Having just had my first appointment I can say that from the first initial contact with the incredibly friendly reception staff to my actual appointment with the dentist I am extremely impressed and grateful that I was made to feel at ease. My check up was very detailed with X-rays and scans completed to provide me with a clear understanding of my mouth health. As a very nervous patient I don’t think I will ever look forward to attending the dentist but so far the whole experience I had on my first visit should make it a little easier.

I had a hygienist appointment with Ms S. Valsan at Market Square Dental Bicester and had a very positive experience. She did a very precise and thorough job, while also explaining everything clearly throughout the appointment, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed. Excellent experience at the Market square dentist today. I saw Gargi for a hygienist appointment and she really took her time to explain the procedure and the best thing was that it was completely pain free! I’ve had quite a few hygienist appointments at my old dentist in London and these were always so painful. This was a much better experience. Thank you so much! Grace
