Dentist Vishva is very good for children. He did everything very professionally for my 2.6 year old daughter. We will gladly return to him for the next check-up.

Just returned from having a difficult tooth extraction with Naomi, I was absolutely terrified going into the room but she and her lovely assistant really managed to make me feel at ease, stopped any time I needed to, and made a not particularly nice experience a lot better than I was expecting, I feel a lot less nervous about any future treatments, thank you!

I have had a warm welcome at the Causeway Dental Practice and feel very fortunate to have found such an excellent dentist in Dr Chloe Poole. She explains everything so thoroughly from the initial examination and throughout the duration of the treatment Thank you very much for the genuine care and professionalism.

I was so nervous before my appointment with Dr. Chloe Poole that I barely slept the night before—just imagining the dreaded injection. Turns out, I didn’t even feel it! Honestly, I think Dr. Poole might be part magician, part dentist. One second we’re chatting, the next my tooth is fixed. 😅 No pain, no drama, just pure dental wizardry. The whole team was amazing—friendly, reassuring, and somehow made me enjoy being at the dentist (I never thought I’d say that sentence). If you’re scared of needles or fillings, go see Dr. Poole. She’ll change your life—or at least your smile! 🦷✨

Emergency treatment needed. Reception staff were very helpful & gave clear explanations; dentist was clear, informative & very helpful. Provided emergency treatment with clear explanation of follow-up treatment needed.

I’ve just got back from my second visit with Naomi and wanted to say a big thank you. She’s honestly the best dentist I’ve ever seen. I haven’t had loads of work done with her, but her approach and the way she looks after her patients is genuinely brilliant. I needed a filling during my check-up and she sorted it there and then, no fuss. She has a way of making you feel at ease without you even needing to say you're nervous. I’d happily recommend her, her assistant, and the lovely reception team to anyone.

Cannot fault the practice nor the staff, always friendly and makes a very nervous patient feel completely at ease. My dentist Chloe is incredible, she talks me through every step and never makes me feel embarrassed for being scarsd. She's kind and such a friendly face when you walk into her room. Cannot recommend her enough.
