My dentist Sonja is calming, professional and always puts my needs first. I have been seeing her for years and even though I am nervous she always makes it easier for me. The receptionists at the surgery are amazing. Today I witnessed them being shouted at for over 20 minutes but they stayed calm , professional and respectable. They are an absolute credit to the surgery and should be appreciated by everyone that uses the service. Receptionists do not make the rules they are upholding but get little respect when they cant give patients what they want. The surgery as a whole is a blessing to Bicester.i highly recommend

I’ve always had a great experience at this dental surgery. They were very accommodating and managed to offer me an early appointment, which I really appreciated. The surgery is spotless and well maintained, and it was nice to meet the new dentist – everything started on time and the check-up was quick and pleasant. The whole team, including the reception staff, are always friendly and professional. Very happy with the service and the care provided. Highly recommended.

I arrived at 07.55Hrs for my 08.05Hrs, appointment. I was checked in immediately, collected from waiting room at 08.05Hrs. My check-up took 10 minutes and Dr, Jay Mistry explained what he had found. Another check-up appointment was made for the 17th December. A very easy and stress free experience.

I’ve always had a great experience at this dentist, but Becky in particular deserves a special mention. She’s so pleasant, welcoming, and genuinely helpful every time I visit. You can tell she keeps the place running smoothly. A brilliant practice with brilliant people.

A big shoutout to Dr Sonia Carreira and big respects to her for her knowledge,patience and ways to explain.Honestly if she were sonewhere else,i would go to her with pleasure.I had an appointment today at 17.Despite the fact that the nurse called me from the waiting room at 17.10,after having an examination and X rays with dr Carreira,suddenly she changed the 'record' and indirectly 'kicked me out'of the meeting by asking for my googles and saying other patients are waiting.Hold on lady..i was having an examination here,the dr was explaining everything to me,that was the reason why i paid and went there in the first place.The dr didn't even finish explaining to me the rest of my issue/concerns and you just kick me out.Indeed there were 2 more people in the waiting room but that wasn't my fault they were in line.First you come and get me late and the suddenly at 17.50 u cut me off.Maybe they had a certain period allocated for each process but again,that is not my problem or my issue.Like i said,a big thumbs up for dr Sonia but for the nurse with a tattoo on her arm and pierced ears,a very big thumbs down.Lady try to work on your manners because you are getting paid a lot for nothing.Lousy costomer service

What a friendly practice. From the receptionist to the dentist everyone was amiable and professional. The dentist I saw was very thorough and explained everything to me in detail. I have yet to have my treatment but if it’s as good as my check up experience then I will be very happy. The only negative about the practice is the two flights of stairs to access it. They are fairly step and narrow.

A caring and effective approach to dentistry. The staff are very responsive and go the extra mile to make sure patients needs are addressed. I would recommend Greytown to anyone who needs a dentist in the Bicester area.
