I had the final appointment for my implant this week and have been very impressed with the service throughout. I am a very nervous patient normally. All the staff that I have met have been brilliant. The receptionist Jill, always makes me feel relaxed chatting to me to take my mind off what is to come. I need not to have been worried, as Pedro the implantologist, is wonderful. He always talks you through everything he does, and is a very patient man. Along with his nurse Shehina I highly recommend this surgery
Yo the Dentist herself is amazing so pained I forgot her name, her assistant is great and the receptionist is lovely then the space? Breathtaking, like you’d ask if you really are in a dental practice or a luxury home.
From the moment I arrived for my initial consultation at the Strood branch, I felt really looked after and well informed. Cheryl is such a warm and friendly lady and my clinician, Shreyas, is very patient and reassuring, constantly checking that I’m feeling ok. I’m having extensive work and it never feels like Shreyas is rushing to get the job done, his main concern is always my comfort. I’d recommend GM Dental to anyone considering treatment.
