Excellent service. Receptionists are some of the most kindest, helpful people you will meet, which is Invaluable when you are dealing with patients that may be nervous. Whole practice is efficient and all of my son’s appointments have run smoothly, with detailed information. My daughter was previously a patient for years and they were exactly the same then. Staff go above and beyond.

I had a really positive experience with this dental practice. I spoke with Lindsey, who was incredibly helpful and understanding. She was extremely helpful and patient whilst assisting me over the phone. She also went an extra mile to ensure my daughter was on their waiting list instead of giving up ant the first hurdle, which I really appreciated. It’s not always easy navigating these processes, but Lindsey made everything clear and handled it efficiently with a kind and professional approach. Thank you again for your support - it made a real difference!

I am giving this surgery a one-star review because of my experience with my son’s orthodontic assessment. My son was referred as an NHS patient and was examined by the orthodontist at this practice. After the assessment, we were told that his teeth did not qualify for NHS treatment, but they were happy to offer braces privately instead. I was quite surprised by this opinion, so I decided to seek a second opinion through another NHS referral. After waiting nearly two years, my son was finally seen at diffrent Orthodontist, where we were told without hesitation that he did qualify for NHS orthodontic treatment and that he genuinely needed braces.This experience left me feeling that the first practice was more interested in offering private treatment rather than properly assessing eligibility for NHS care. That is why I cannot recommend them

My daughter has been under the care of chapel road since 2020. They have always made her feel in control and let her make the choices. We moved halfway through her treatment plan to a different borough and have been amazing with her appointments and trying to accommodate times that work for us with the travel. Brilliant all round 🙂
