Terrible dentist Had to make an emergency appointment through another dentist when they refused to see me over the weekend despite me being their patient Dentist missed off 2 cavities that needed to be filled and now in immense pain. Only went 2 weeks ago so he should’ve known! Was referred for wisdom teeth removal also but of course still not heard and they have told me they have no update AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Was made to feel relaxed and everything was explained along the way through my treatment, he took his time and his work was great which I am very pleased with. I don't usually leave reviews but felt he really deserved one 👍

Went back to have root taken out,dentist was very friendly and after numbing the area the root was taken out within seconds,made sure I knew what to do for rest of the day and going forward. Also receptionist staff are always polite and helpful which makes you feel at ease!

My wife is a patient and she’s so nervous but all the staff are so kind and helpful ! Sharen is the kindest and most gentle dentist she’s ever had and is so professional that she’s happy to now go to the dentist and knows that her treatment will be pain free!!! Thank you Sharen 👍🏼

the treatment i received was lovely, i did not feel a thing, the dentist and assistant were so very nice,,, once home, i did not feel any pain, no bleeding, happy about that, ,,,, a very happy lady, many thanks

Extremely disappointed with the way my partner and I were treated at Together Dental South Benfleet. My partner, who is recovering from cancer treatment, had to cancel an appointment due to sudden illness. The reception staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely lacking in compassion. They refused to rebook him, claiming it was due to a policy we were never informed of. When I called to complain, they suddenly said they could rebook him — which made the situation even more frustrating. The receptionists have serious attitude problems and act like they’re on their high horse, looking down on patients instead of supporting them. It felt like they were on a power trip, not a front desk that actually helps patients. We’ve both left the practice and will never return, no matter how hard it is to get a dentist. Absolutely unacceptable. No wonder they’re taking on patients — I can’t imagine many people want to stay there, especially judging by their past complaints. They do not cater to real-life situations, and if you’re unwell or need understanding, be prepared to be spoken to like crap.
