I was absolutely panicking before my appointment because I thought I had a cavity and I’ve always been terrified of the dentist. From the moment I walked in, the entire team created such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that my nerves started to settle right away. The staff were kind, professional, and genuinely reassuring. They dealt with everything quickly and, to my huge relief, it was completely painless! I couldn’t believe how smooth and stress-free the whole visit turned out to be. If you’re nervous about going to the dentist like I was, I can honestly say this practice is the perfect place to go. They really know how to make you feel comfortable and cared for. I have every confidence in my dentist. Dan the Dentist! Always explains exactly what he’s going to do. Very considerate of any concerns you may have and always offer’s solutions. I never feel rushed or a pest even tho I’m a NHS patient. I believe that Dan cares about his patients and wants the best for them. What’s not to like 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ben is always a pleasure to see. Always very friendly and discusses everything with you. His team are always very polite and make you feel at ease while getting checked and treatment.

Great experience at dental beauty clinic yesterday. Walked into reception to a warm welcome from Paula and Anna who was really helpful with my forms. Saw Ben who was so reassuring and talked me through everything. The nurse Emma was so helpful as well with my daughter while I had X-rays! Great team!

Ben is a wonderful dentist! He always takes time to explain and clarify problems that you may be having and how to rectify them, you never ever feel you’re being rushed out at all. Such a kind and friendly man too!

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, the dentist and his assistant were very comforting, explained everything that they were doing and gave great advice. The student hygienists were extremely professional and funny, they really made my son feel relaxed and let him know everything they were doing. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

I had very bad tooth ache yesterday evening. I called Benfleet Dental Clinic this morning at 9am and managed to get an emergency appointment for this afternoon. Met up with Dan for the assessment consultation. Xrays taken and I received treatment to remedy my condition and situation. The consultation was caring and accurate to relieve my pain. Very happy now and pain free. Excellent treatment and service from Dan, Lillie and Anna.
