As a parent of two daughters who were both experiencing severe wisdom tooth pain, it was an incredibly worrying and stressful time. Both of their wisdom teeth were affecting nerves, and there seemed to be so many questions, decisions, scans, referrals, and concerns to navigate. Throughout the entire process, every time I called the reception team with endless questions, worries, and requests for updates, I was met with patience, understanding, kindness, and helpful advice. The communication between reception and the dentists was excellent, with messages being passed back and forth regarding scans, hospital referrals, and the best course of action for my daughters. At no point did I feel rushed or dismissed, despite how many times I called. When it came time for the extractions, the same exceptional level of care continued. The dental team treated both of my daughters with kindness, patience, and professionalism, helping to put them at ease during what could have been a very daunting experience. I am incredibly grateful to everyone involved for the support, compassion, and care shown to our family throughout this journey. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Thank you all for everything you have done.

I have been going to this dentist for many years and I am always terrified, this is the only dentist I will attend as I have developed such a trusting relationship with the lovely girls and the amazing dentist lady (I am sorry I have never ask her name) I have visited last week as I was worrying about my two front teeth thinning and the lost enamel on them and within seven days they have provide me with two lovely front veneers that matches my natural teeth colour as well as filled in the gap I had, I am truly thankful to my dentist and the amazing work she does to my teeth. I have loaded lots of pictures to show the difference, the process and the lovely work.

Coming to this practice was the best choice I’ve made in a long time. I am an extremely anxious patient, but Dr Richard explained all of the treatment to me, the nurses were very reassuring and the receptionist was so helpful with booking all of the appointments, I felt very looked after and would recommend this dentist to anyone.

My 6 year old daughter was left with an abscess TWICE without being given anti-biotics. I was told by the dentist Michael Allen that I should have told him she had an abscess even though he examined her and saw her swollen face (photo attached) He referred her for a filling instead of removal which she clearly needed. So we waited 3 months on a waiting list to then have to start the whole process again which now means I have to pay for her treatment privately. My daughter has been in so much pain and has now had time off school when she didn't need to if she was given the right care. He was so rude to me in front of my daughter who is now terrified to go to another dentist. At one point him and another dental nurse laughed at me when I asked for advice about a filling or removal, I was so angry and have never been treated in such a way before by medical professionals. I have now left this dentist. I do not trust his referral so I went the next day to a different dentist who straight away put my daughter on a high dose of antibiotics and has said she needs 4 teeth removed. This is such a shame as when this dentists Mum and Dad were working here I was very happy. If you have children avoid this dentist he is very unprofessional and rude.

I had a large filling. Before lock down . I was sweating in pain, while the lady ordered her assistance around creating a tense atmosphere. i told the female dentist the level of pain. and I was sent away with tubes if sensitive toothpaste! I complained pain level high, went back they removed the filling. The pain level went . Lock down happened . I spent it with an achy mouth . Lock down lifted , I went , else where and the tooth had to be removed .clearly the filling was too deep and was not given the correct treatment. I have never been back. This come from a person who was with the practice for years with its former dentists.

I am probably a dentist's nightmare in terms of being a huge baby and super anxious when it comes to anything dental. Had a very overdue check up appointment today (years overdue), the staff instantly noticed my anxiety and were all so friendly and reassuring. Dr Allen was as wonderful as always, she really makes what is genuinely, a terrifying experience for me, somewhat bearable. Thank you so much.
