I’ve had a good experience here, my son has had quite a few dental issues and they have always seen him quickly, and often fitted him in on the same day. I find the staff are always efficient and polite.

Absolutely wonderful people at this practice. ♡ I cannot believe people are giving negativite reviews! the dentist is a wonderful, amazing woman who is working for basically pennies as an NHS dentist and she's done a great job. I had an emergency with my tooth and Im so greatful that she took time to see me today despite me not having a dentist. She was so nice and professional. She was matter of factly and straight to the point as well which was phenomenal. People dont seem to realise that the NHS is crumbling and the dentists arent paid enough yet she is still running her practice despite that. Shame on the people that say negative things about this amazingly strong woman. If i could join her practice i would, so everyone in it should be greatful.

Had my first appointment this morning and it was brilliant..staff are very pleasant and do a fantastic job under pressure..the surgery is new and bright and modern...thank you very much🙏🏻

Wouldn’t give them anywhere near one star. When applying for a job there the criteria must say no personality and rude. Not one single person who works there are pleasant. The dentist herself definitely doesn’t know how to deal with kids or to speak to them. Felt uncomfortable from the very first appointment but stuck it out for the sons sake. Also charging fees for children’s appointments when they are meant to be free. Should have read the reviews before we went. Wouldn’t go back near them or let anyone else go near them. Awful dentist in every way, shouldn’t even be allowed to be still open.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! I have never experienced such an unprofessional and unpleasant visit to a dentist. From I walked in, the dentist’s attitude was rude and dismissive. I’m a naturally nervous patient, but instead of showing any understanding or compassion, she made sarcastic, cheeky remarks that only heightened my anxiety. There was no reassurance, and absolutely no empathy for my discomfort. I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a patient, said I was wasting her time & couldn’t give me any advice etc. Going from previous reviews this isn’t the first time she’s treated a patient like this. If you’ve kids or nervous in general about the dentist, I’d stay well away from it!

A friend recommended me this dental practice and I was happy enough on my first appointment, but then when I actually needed help and tried to reach out it was a nightmare, but that’s not it. When I eventually got a receptionist on the phone, I was told that it’s not really an emergency situation, yet I repeated myself a few times that I’m in pain. I was told off and even after still didn’t receive an appointment that day. My friend was having some issues as well and left the practice. I have a few at the moment but would be leaving soon as not happy at all and the time waiting for an appointment could go up to 8 months and then they would offer you to remove your tooth. Absolutely ridiculous attitude and it will get only worse especially for those who can’t afford a private dental care.

Had an emergency appointment today told them I'd been in pain all night. Said I could not get treated until end of this month. Its 19th today. I said why offer emergency appointments when theyre not giving emergency treatment. She then said I could wait and see if someone doesn't show up. I opted for that because of the pain. I was having a quiet conversation with another man about the poor service snd when I was called in there was a little posse waiting for me. Turns out the receptionist was listening to a private chat.( let me just say I was no way loud or aggressive. ) she proceeded to challenge me on a chat that was nothing to do with her.... any way. She said she could start a root canal today . And put temp filling in. . She froze me and started. told me if I needed her to stop to raise my left hand which I did because was NOT froze enough. She said I was moving around too much but tbh I was shaking with anxiety because the whole visit had left me feeling very intimidated. SHE ALSO said I am frozen but maybe not numb yet(what does that even mean) had to put my hand up several times and she did not offer any more analgesic. I found her very rude and un caring as she reminded me "I'm here to help your remember that* she put in temp filling that promptly fel fell out 5 min later. This is the worst experience and the second time that particular person has had me in tears If there was.a 0 star to give it would give 0.10 I'm not going back as I think 19th of Jan til 6th of March is way too long for a root canal..
