I saw Kalika for the first time yesterday for a routine check-up and had a really good experience. She was friendly, professional, and very straightforward, which I appreciated. I had X-rays done and the whole appointment was quick and efficient. Everything was explained clearly and the visit ran very smoothly. I’d happily recommend her.

After discussing this for a while, and following a consultation last summer I decided to go ahead and agreed to get the work for two dental implants underway. Now I’m a very nervy patient but I really couldn’t have had a better experience and I’ve been so well looked after initially by Dr Desai and the surgical team and then more recently the follow up work and fittings with Dr Raja and his team, I really couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome, the implants look great, feel natural, a great job thank you!

Got an email following my session with an option to add add review, we are sharing our genuine and honest feedback. Serious issue with this practice is disproportionate increase in hygienist session costs! In March 2024, our family paid £54 per person per session and in May 2026 (in just 2 years) it went up to £73 for 25min session, a staggering 25% increase! Very sorry but this is not acceptable or affordable. Having done a quick market research, there are many other dental practices in Bedford (for e.g. M&N Bedford & others) who offer same hygienist session for around £50. When a business put up costs well above the rate of inflation, customers have the right to find better option as per their affordability. Please consider the cost of living, economic hardships for working families. In the past 3 years you have increased your charges so disproportionately. Let's hope DCS and PHSO take a notice about this issue and offer more protection and safeguards against high cost hikes for dental care sessions. Must add the office/admin staff are very helpful but the unfair hygienist treatment hikes must be addressed Plz.

My dentist has recently changed to Rumit and he is much better than the previous one I was under. He is extremely thorough and explains each step as he goes along which helps as I'm a bit nervous when I go. The recent work I had done was to fit a crown. Although not cheap, the level of professionalism shown by Rumit made up for the cost of it.

My husband and I have been very impressed with new management of UHP. Both dentists and hygienists are very professional that carry out their work with the highest competence within a friendly atmosphere. Customer service at its best. Thank you UHP of which we both highly recommend.

I came to the practice as it was closer to home, from a good one in town, for years I didn't rate it, never saw the same dentist twice, one of the dentists had such an awful manner, he's retired now, but since I've had Mr Raja, everything has been explained, always friendly, understanding, a massive turnaround, thankyou
