Emergency Appointment Experience. I managed to book an emergency appointment for the next day which was very convenient. Every member of staff I have engaged with has been incredibly lovely. The dentist (Samantha Pugh) was incredibly kind, friendly and understanding of my needs. She explained everything clearly without being patronising. I’m not nervous going to the dentist, but I can imagine that even the most anxious person would feel comfortable here. I had a temporary filling to hold me over until a more permanent fix can be arranged. The earliest I could book was for a few weeks time, but about 24 hours after my emergency appointment, I was called to offer a cancellation’s slot for less than a week away. Great service. First impressions are important, and this place gives a fantastic first impression.

I had a filling done today with Samantha and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m extremely nervous when it comes to needles, but she was so patient, gentle, and reassuring throughout the whole appointment, which really helped calm my nerves. Her nurse Dusana was equally amazing — so caring and attentive, constantly checking in and making sure I was comfortable. Thank you to the whole team for how smoothly everything flowed today and for making such a daunting visit feel so much easier.

​I had a fantastic experience at The Dental Centre Bedford from start to finish! ​My initial phone call with Marianne was incredibly helpful. She was very informative and took the time to explain exactly where I should (and shouldn't!) park, which made my arrival stress-free. When booking my hygienist appointment, the process was transparent; they clearly explained the deposit requirement and how the remainder is settled on the day. They also made sure I fully understood their 48-hour working notice cancellation policy, so there were no surprises. ​The appointment itself was excellent. Sara (the hygienist) and Tia (the nurse) were absolutely amazing. They were so welcoming from the moment I walked into the room, which immediately put me at ease. Sara provided a thorough explanation of everything she was doing throughout the treatment. ​I’m very happy with my sparkly clean teeth! I highly recommend this professional and friendly team.

Have been going here for several years now and can't fault my experiences to date. Service is exceptional, clinic is clean and modern and everyone is friendly and professional. As someone with very sensitive teeth, they're always conscious to make sure I'm ok and not in pain and use the latest tech to keep things as comfortable as possible as well as keeping my teeth healthy 😊

I cannot recommend the Dental Centre more highly, they are very professional and the whole team are lovely from the reception to the specialists. They handled my Invisalign treatment from start to finish as well as check ups and hygienist appointments. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for Invisalign or a reliable caring dentist.

I was referred to Joseph Masih at The Dental Centre Bedford by my own dentist, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. He took the time to explain the entire procedure clearly, which really put me at ease. He is incredibly gentle; the only slightly painful part was the two initial injections, which is to be expected. I felt so relaxed during the treatment that I actually almost fell asleep! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing specialist endodontic work.

I cannot recommend The Dental Centre in Bedford highly enough. The level of care here is truly exceptional. I first saw Dr Naidoo a year ago and returned today for my one-year follow-up. The improvement in my teeth over the past year has been significant. I actually fly over from America a few times a year to visit family and I now make sure to schedule my dental appointments here while I’m in the UK. That alone says everything about how much I trust this practice. Last year, I had an infected pocket at the back of my mouth. Dr Naidoo referred me to Sara, the hygienist, who was absolutely fantastic. She numbed the area thoroughly and carried out a deep cleaning, including treating the infected area. Thanks to her care and expertise, the infection has completely resolved. Sara and Dr Naidoo are both outstanding, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The prices are very reasonable in my opinion, especially considering the quality of care you receive. The ladies at the front desk are always warm, welcoming, and accommodating as well. An all-around excellent practice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
