I had an excellent experience at this dental practice today and my faith has been restored! The dentist was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain every step of the treatment clearly, I couldn't fault him. The staff were welcoming, professional and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived, which made a huge difference to my confidence and comfort. After a bad experience at a previous dentist, I'm so grateful to have found this practice. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new NHS dentist. Thank you!! 😊

Having been with the practice for several years, I can confidently say the level of service has remained exceptional throughout. I've been going to this dental practice for years now. I have always had an excellent experience with them. I like getting a text message confirmation of new appointments. They also provide text reminders before an appointment and call you to confirm that you will be attending you appointment. The dental care that I've received has always been excellent and very good value. The staff are always friendly and professional.

This is a review for a particular dentist..Vinod. I travelled from Birmingham for every visit because I felt Vinod understood my every need. From day one the communication was excellent. I am completely satisfied with the finish result and it’s made such a difference to my life. Sarah the Hygienist is absolutely fantastic. I had to be numbed as I needed a deeper clean on my back teeth and I didn't even feel the injections which was great as I can get very nervous when it comes to injections. She told me everything that would happen and kept checking in with me to make sure I was ok. I was also given some great advice about which toothbrushes and interdental brushes I would need to keep my teeth healthy. Really great pain free experience with a fantastic hygienist.

What can I say my entire family comes here now. My dentist, Saraswat, is fantastic and incredibly patient. I had three fillings done and was very anxious, but he talked me through the whole process while working and really put me at ease. He took extra care and never rushed. I hadn’t been to the dentist for years and now wish I had come sooner. If you’re registered here, you’re in great hands. I would truly recommend them to anyone, especially if you’re like me and feel nervous about dental visits. An extra thank you to the reception team as well for always keeping me calm and making sure I don’t stress.

Myself and my children will only ever go to be seen by Dr Paul Vinod at MyDentist. He is incredibly kind, understanding and patient which we need with us all being neurodivergent. His assistant is always very polite, caring and patient too. The surgery itself is always very clean and fairly quiet. The reception staff are very polite and helpful. I used to see him when he was at Castle Road, but actually moved over to this surgery when I found out he had moved.
