I can’t speak highly enough about this dental practice. From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel genuinely welcome. All of the staff are extremely personable and professional, creating an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Mr Shah’s greetings are always warm and welcoming, setting the tone for a positive experience every time. Dr N Shah is simply exceptional. I would put my life in her hands without hesitation — she is intelligent and incredibly calm. Her confidence and expertise shine through in everything she does, she has a wonderful way of making me feel comfortable whilst reinforcing the importance of dental care. I had a hygienist appointment with Bruna today, and she was extremely thorough and informative. The level of detail she provided while educating me about my gum health was outstanding. She took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood not only my current condition but also how to maintain and improve it. Her care and professionalism were evident throughout the entire appointment. From routine treatments to the process of fitting my sports mouth guard, the care and attention to detail at this practice are second to none. Dr Neeta Shah is the worst dentist I have ever taken my family member to. Absolutely unprofessional. Treatment was very unhygienic. Very rude attitude. Dentists are not allowed to wear nail varnish either. Will not be bringing them back here again.

Following a horrific dental experience with my now ex dentist, I contacted 5 De Parys to repair the damage done. From the initial phone call, through the surgery, and the aftercare, the service was Five Star! Dr Shah is excellent, explained what needed doing in a calm concise easy manner. Due to my past experience I was nervous on the day, but the surgery was a breeze. The whole team are friendly, helpful and provide a brilliant service.

Excellent service and team here. Everyone is friendly, and very accommodating. Dr Shah and her team have helped me take care of my teeth for over a year now. They were fantastic with the two teeth extractions I needed doing, and I’ve also just finished my braces treatment with the orthodontist. I’m so pleased with the result.
