Providing exactly the service needed when standard check ups or emergency appointments are required. Reception staff always try to find appointments at convenient dates and react with kindness and efficiency when being asked to make changes to previously agreed dates. Dentist is always calm during treatment and explains exactly what is needed and why. Treatment only carried out if necessary and will advise a further examination at next appointment. Always a warm greeting that helps relaxation at an event that probably we would prefer not to attend. Cannot praise the whole team enough and have no hesitation of giving a 5 star.

My family have been patients at the practice since moving to Bedford over 10 years ago. The team are great and I have nothing but praise for them. I have just had teeth whitening treatment which I’m very happy with. Got my smile back. Special thanks to Dr Rajesh and lead nurse Nita.

I appreciate that this might sound strange, but I actually enjoy visiting the dentist at the Kimbolton Dental Practice. The receptionists are always pleasant, welcoming and efficient. As for the dental team, both dentists and dental surgery assistants are actually fun, together with being careful to explain everything that they intend to do and what they expect from us as patients in return: i.e. clean better etc. You actually feel that you are being treated as a person and that has become increasingly rare in this day and age. So, if you are looking for a professional, kind and caring team, the Kimbolton Practice cannot be too highly recommended.

I was referred to Rajesh Varma by Gage Lidder after a routine dental appointment. I wanted to know what the process would be regarding a dental implant. From beginning to end Rajesh and dental nurse Nita gave exceptional service. I needed quite a bit of other treatment prior to having the implant. I was expecting it to be unpleasant and painful. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Rajesh kept me updated throughout the whole process. Both Rajesh and Nita put me at ease. Exceptional care was given by both. Very kind, friendly and professional. Rajesh referred me to the hygienist, Rebecca. I've never liked hygienist checks! Again, I was pleasantly surprised. She went through my dental hygiene and how to keep on top of it in minute detail. Both Rebecca and the young lady assisting her, I believe her name was Tegan (apologies if thats not the correct name) were friendly and professional. My teeth felt amazing afterwards! I would also like to praise the reception team, especially Jane. She is very welcoming, friendly and professional. I am LOVING my new tooth! You would never know it's not my natural one! I can't wait to dispose of the dental plate i"d had for several yesrs! Thank you to you all! And Jane, did you have a look for that coat like mine...? 🤗 Rosa D'Aloia

I attended a dental appointment on a particularly stressful and difficult day. As soon as I walked into the room, my dentist asked how I was, and instead of giving the usual "I’m fine," I answered honestly. What followed was so much more than a dental appointment. He listened with kindness, offered thoughtful guidance, and made me feel genuinely heard. I left feeling noticeably lighter after sharing what had been going on. As a therapist myself, it was a strange but wonderful feeling to walk out feeling like I’d just had therapy. His compassion, empathy, and ability to put people at ease are truly special. I’m incredibly grateful.

Me and my children have been with kimbolton for many years and cannot recommend them enough. Dr Dias is incredible, she takes her time to listen, is careful and meticulous in her approach and super patient with anxious patients. When my son visited her for the first time, he was scared, and in utter fear, after some awful past experiences, but is now happy to be the first one in the chair. The practice is clean, well kept and has modern equipment and the reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I’m so grateful to Daniel for saving my tooth! I needed a root canal to keep it, and the whole procedure was successful and completely stress-free. From the lovely receptionist who helped me book my appointment to the final review, every interaction with the staff was pleasant.
