Very friendly and approachable staff, with very competent dentists and hygienist. Would recommend this practice without hesitation.

Have to give 1 star as google won’t permit 0 or minus stars. Booked an appointment specifically around my own work schedule over a month in advance for check up and extraction of a tooth. Dentist 30-40 minutes behind so I had to cancel, receptionist extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic and couldn’t offer another appointment for over 4 weeks. Absolute shambles and joke of a dental practice. Absolutely will not be returning.

Fan-bloody-tastic! Went for my initial check-up today - very thorough. 6 xrays. I didn't catch my dentist name but he was amazing. So relaxed. Did an amazing job and even took a dodgy wisdom tooth out there and then! Couldn't ask for better service. Absolutely puts my previous dental practice to utter shame!

I've been with this practice for a number of years and can highly recommend. Dr Schalk De Wet has a wealth of experience, a steady pair of hands and you can trust his judgement and any work he carries out. Alison, the practice manager, was very helpful indeed, providing appointment options and supplying further records on request. Like all dentists, this is a busy practice (which is a good sign), they do get a lot of calls and sometimes you may need to wait and call back which is fully understandable - I found leaving a message on their 'contact us' useful. This practice has looked after me well.

Dentist insisted on removing a small amount of "limescale" from my teeth. Afterwards left my gums bleeding, and my teeth sharp where he had chipped away my actual tooth, leaving them all mishapened. I am not happy!! The experience was painful and has now ruined my teeth. I did not consent to this removal in the first place, and the dentist did not pause the procedure when i asked him to.

Only go to this establishment if you want be TALKED DOWN ON and get a whole load of ATTITUDE! I had an appointment booked here and they did not send me a confirmation email or text. Hence I was unsure of my appointment time. I therefore walked into the practice at 1.15pm and was told to leave and come back after 'lunch' at 2pm, without them even listening to what I had to say. When I can back at 2pm, I asked and was told that I had missed my appointment and nothing could be done and the next appointment will be in the new year. I spent the whole morning calling the Practice with no luck in getting through! So when I questioned, I was given dirty looks by the receptionist and remarks being mumbled. This is no way to be dealing with customers that are coming to you who are suffering, and need a professional to cure their problems. I therefore recommend that you find an alternate practice that will treat you with respect!

Really rude on the phone wouldn't even see me I'm in a lot of pain hopefully going to speak to someone and see if I can Sue the practice
