Have never had a bad experience with Monica, she is very friendly, professional and explains what treatments are needed with clarity. She does a great job with all the work she's done on my teeth over the years and never rushes what she is doing. Can not speak highly enough about her and the dental practice

I took my 94 yr old mother to get new denture fitted . they were so helpful and accommodating to treat her in a wheelchair . The dentist was super helpful , kind and attentive to her needs being so elderly . this is my first visit to this dentist snd would highly recommend them .

My dentist Monica is wonderful and is so caring, I am not a nervous patient but can imagine she would be so wonderful for someone that is, the receptionist is also really lovely and friendly. The referb looks absolutely amazing, so clean and bright and very welcoming. Would recommend!

I had hygiene clean recently and the hygienist was very nice and pleasant, but unfortunately I wasn’t fully satisfied with the hygiene treatment.After I got home I could still feel roughness on my teeth and noticed some visible buildup remaining

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I had been registered with this practice as an NHS patient for around 18 months. I attended my initial check-up and, while visiting my home country, I had a filling and hygienist treatment completed there. Due to work and family commitments, I delayed my routine review. After receiving an email warning that my NHS registration could be cancelled if I did not attend, I promptly booked a check-up and hygienist appointment. Unfortunately, my consultation with Dr. Monica was disappointing from the outset. I was greeted with, "You disappeared!" and then told that I could not have check-ups at the practice while receiving treatment elsewhere. I was also asked whether my NHS registration should be cancelled. Although I explained that my treatment abroad had been a one-off while visiting family, I felt judged rather than listened to. As an NHS senior doctor involved in patient care, I believe every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, respect and professionalism. Practice policies can be explained without making patients feel intimidated or unwelcome. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. After my appointment, I noticed another review describing a similar experience with Dr. Monica's communication. While I cannot comment on anyone else's experience, it did reassure me that I was not alone in feeling this way. I believe a healthcare professional's communication is truly tested when a patient's circumstances fall outside the routine or differ from their expectations. On that occasion, I did not feel treated with the empathy, respect or professionalism that every patient deserves. Following the consultation, I was advised that I needed a private composite filling. I cancelled the appointment, transferred my family's care to another practice, and will be having the same treatment elsewhere at a significantly lower cost. My decision to leave was not simply about the cost, it was about the way I was treated. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.
