Beckenham Smiles Dental Practice

I recently switched to Beckenham Smiles after a poor experience at another local dental practice, and I’m so glad I did. From my very first visit, Dr Daniel was incredibly informative and caring. He took the time to talk me through every step of the consultation, which really helped put me at ease. The results of my treatment have been fantastic—especially as I was previously told I’d need a tooth removed, which thankfully wasn’t the case here. The whole team provides exceptional customer service, and you can really feel that everyone contributes to a positive, welcoming experience. As someone with a real phobia of dentists, I honestly couldn’t recommend Dr Daniel and Beckenham Smiles more highly.

Arian is really thorough and has a lovely patient manner. I also took my two young children with me, both of whom are still apprehensive about the dentist. He was fantastic with them and put them right at ease very quickly. Will be asking for him again thank you.

The worst dental experience we have ever had My mum went for decay treatment and filling but it ended up with disaster where Mr Danial Shahzad actually broke her tooth during the procedure. He was acting overconfident and arrogant but it was clear he was basically a fresh graduate and still learning and training on his clients. I strongly advise not letting this practitioner treat you or any of your family members. We are in process of reporting this incident and I am highly NOT recommending the practice and especially the mentioned dentist.

Had a hygiene cleanse today and they took care of me well! Especially dr Daniel, my teeth feel so fresh and his professionalism and attention to detail helped the appointment be smooth sailing , I highly recommend!

Had 2 white fillings replace - wow, so happy I went here! Dr Arian was so good at explaining what was happening, step by step, reassuring, attentive and making sure that I was happy with everything and the outcome was so good! My White fillings look brilliant and my smile is brighter now. Also want to say thankyou to the nurse Charley for her compassion, lovely and professional assistance.. I came in for an examination and hygiene appointment with Dr Oliver last month after not attending a dentist since covid and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome and at ease. Dr Oliver was thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain everything during my examination. His assistant, Jess, was equally helpful, friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend Beckenham Smiles to anyone who is looking for a friendly, professional and high-quality dental practice.
