The staff at manor dental practice could not have been more friendly and professional and have helped me in every step of the way through my treatments. They clearly explain what is required and take you through what is happening putting you at ease throughout. Would certainly recommend this practice to anyone.

I would like to highly commend this practice. I have been to some pretty dreadful dentists over the years and this practice is a refreshing change. Everyone there (without exception) is always (without exception) friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The hygienist that I saw today took time to chat about day to day things initially and I felt like I mattered rather than just being patient number blah. All of this makes a pretty yucky experience bearable because I feel cared for. Thanks to every one there.

Based on my personal experience with Manor Dental Practice, I found the way staff were treated by management to be very concerning. Because of what I witnessed, I cannot in good faith recommend this practice to others seeking dental treatment. Patients should feel confident not only in the treatment they receive but also in the professionalism and culture of the practice.
