I was recommended by my dentist back in 2012 to contact the The Dental Implant Clinic for implants. I had four implants in 2012 and two more since. I am very pleased with the results and wouldn’t go anywhere else for this type of treatment. I felt I was in very experienced hands which gave me full confidence and reassurance I had made the right choice. I found the team to be very professional and caring and explaining the procedure step by step. I would without hesitation strongly recommend the Dental Implant Clinic if you want in my opinion the best treatment.

A great experience from beginning to end. Elliott and his team were welcoming, thorough and put me at ease from the minute I walked into the practice. The treatment was clear and talked through all the options thoroughly. Elliott asked if I had any questions. The team worked well together and gave me confidence I was in good hands. Due to an absence of five missing adult teeth I already have a bridge and two crowns, but when the remaining baby tooth needed removing I decided to have a second implant in 2022 (I’d already had an implant in 2016). Following the initial consultation I was pleased to receive a detailed treatment plan which helped me know exactly what to expect at each appointment before, during and after surgery. I definitely recommend Elliot Ballantyne and his team on the thorough and professional service I received on both occasions and continue to do so at annual follow-ups and hygienist appointments. I am delighted not to have any visible gaps which also means I can fully chew on both sides of my mouth with confidence!

Elliott Ballantyne fitted my implants 10 years ago and did a brilliant job with a nervous challenging patient. I delayed the fitting so that Elliott had to deal with reduced bone. But they’ve been entirely problem-free. I’m so grateful to him.

I have nothing but praise for the team who delivered my upper left pair of implants following a referral by my own dentist regarding a persistent abscess. The treatment from Damian was superb. Not only that Damian also responded with enthusiasm to my request to talk to me throughout the various procedures while he was working as I find medical ‘stuff’ really interesting. It was fascinating to understand the techniques and technology brought to bear with such care and attention to ensure a great outcome. But it’s not only about the person delivering the solution. Alice on reception was just so helpful, empathetic and engaging, a pleasure to deal with. Finally, Tegan my Treatment Co-ordinator was the expert who was that all important interface between me and the clinicians. She was always available for clarification or explanation of any issues and was a great help in setting up the many appointments so that they happened at the right intervals and also fitted with my diary. I look forward to seeing all three when I go for my first annual check up!

My experience of the clinic and the staff team has been outstanding . Everyone has worked so hard to contribute to the healing of my gums in preparation for screw ins. Nothing is too much trouble and this is the first time I have been put at ease. Pratik is the nicest dentist I have ever met and although I've personally had a traumatic journey in resolving my smile it has been made much easier by the kindness and personal care that I have received from the staff at the practice. I have received a lot of treatment at the Bath Dental Implant Clinic for a number of years. It has been an excellent experience in every way. The dentists and orthodontists are outstanding. They are very professional and also caring with very good interpersonal skills. The admin staff are very helpful at all times and also invariably friendly and welcoming.
