Bathampton Dental Practice

After having a bad experience with a dentist when I was younger, I felt very anxious about finding one for an urgent appointment after I cracked my front tooth. I emailed to ask if they had any emergency NHS availability, and I was seen very quickly. I had a consultation with Sarah, who took my past experiences into consideration and made sure I felt completely at ease. I’ve just come back from another appointment today to fix my tooth, and honestly, Sarah is a godsend—so gentle and considerate throughout. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received.

I needed an emergency appointment at the dentistry, and was promptly assigned one, and upon arrival the receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. A special thanks to dentist Jess for her assistance, and help in resolving my issue! 😁

Amazing experience with this dental surgery. Carl is extremely knowledgeable and fair on pricing. Other dental staff again fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable also. After previous bad experiences with other dental surgeries I will 100% be sticking to this one. I can't thank you enough Carl and the team !

Ella was extremely professional & explained carefully, more than once, what treatment I should be having. However, being rather advanced in years, I was more concerned with just getting on with the rest of my life & asked her just to re-fill the tooth. This she reservedly did & I hope I wasn't too 'grouchy'? She was excellent!

Receptionist(s) especially the one Friday 27th 11:50am works real hard to fit people in as soon as possible giving lots of options and working around Uni and work schedules, really professional. Dentist I had today Carl and Dani were and always are really friendly, informative, amazing at their jobs especially if you’re anxious they’re very good at reading and actually caring for you. I really got bank for my buck, initially went in to solve 1 problem and I left with 4 problems solved which they could have just not been bothered to do but they really went the extra mile(s) to prevent some potential future issues I was likely to run into, so big thanks and shout to them!

I required an urgent appointment as in pain…receptionist Kath was wonderful, compassionate and kind. Got me in quickly with a great team who explained everything clearly and treated me well. Thank you all. 🤩

Sorry but the receptionist is rude, sarcastic and not nice to deal with. We all have stressful lives and jobs, but I would never speak to someone like she did... no excuse for it. The dentists here are fantastic but unfortunately every time I deal with this person it's the same.
