The Winchester Road Dental Practice

I got a lovely warm welcome from the receptionist when I arrived and also from both Afsaneh and Ben who were the two dentists I met. I had a checkup with Ben which was great. He was very kind and gentle. The Dental assistant was very friendly and warm too. I would definitely recommend this practice. Thank you to you all.

The dentist is honestly fab and so are the ladies. I'm a 23 year old NHS patient and have been with him for a couple of years now. He's friendly, explains everything he's doing and has good knowledge of things, or admits when he does and needs to put in a referral. I've had two wisdom teeth out with him. The first time I was absolutely petrified - genuinely the most terrified I've ever been in my life due to having bad dentists when I was younger. But they were understanding and offered to take the wisdom tooth there and then. They turned up the radio for my peace of mind, plus with my EDS I require more anaesthetic and he kept checking in to see how I was feeling. Often dentists don't believe you need that much! The second one was just as easy. I healed great after both and check ups. Every time I see him, I honestly just say to myself how glad I am to have found him!

I went for a checkup and filling with Dr Sian this week , her work was excellent and she was so friendly and explained everything to me however the receptionist who was on duty was very rude , she made me feel very uncomfortable by making rude remarks about the dentist. Get a new receptionist and your practice will be amazing.

Was concerned about a painful tooth with a hairline crack in it. Dentist proceeded to make me bite down on tool to recreate pain and in the end made crack visible. When I asked what the dentist had done as I could now feel the crack with my tongue she denied all knowledge and said I was imagining it. Two days later a quarter of this specific tooth fell out. When I approached dentist she said nothing to do with me and refused to accept her part in this damage. Awful service

A very pleasant experience whilst receiving treatment. Dr. Afsaneh was very reassuring and made the procedure very relaxing. An excellent job done.

I have pretty bad TMJ (painful jaw) and the dentist/hygienist here is amazing. She is so gentle and always stops to give me a break and check I am okay. Plus after I’ve been everyone things I’ve had a professional whitening job. Small but great practice.

It's a tiny little dental clinic. It has car parking for around 4-6 cars and probably two practitioners. Friendly receptionist and staffs. I have got a complain from one of my relative that the service for pensioners and private patients is different here as she her cement comes out after a week and has to wait at least a month for another appointment.
