Mrs Blandina Mponela-Joseph did my hygienist appointment and she was really kind and patient with me as I was very anxious. She and her assistant put me at ease, were both very caring and it was a much more comfortable hygienist appointment than I've had in the past. Very thorough and she gave me some really helpful advice for dental hygiene going forward. The atmosphere in the dental surgery was light and happy and the receptionist staff were all very lovely as well!

Unbelievably rude receptionist which is such as shame given I've used the practice in the past and had a generally positive experience. The sheer rudeness has put me off going back and I'm consequently finding an alternative practice to go to. Would not recommend.

Outstanding Dental Care! I’ve had an excellent experience every time I’ve visited this dental clinic. The whole team is very professional and welcoming. The lady at the reception is always kind, polite, and extremely helpful — she makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Raza is an amazing dentist! He is very polite, highly skilled, and always does an excellent job. You can really tell he cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. I’m very happy with the service and the results every time I visit. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a professional and caring dental practice!

Unprofessional receptionist I had a dental appointment at 4:20pm today. Following a procedure on 9th June, I was advised to return in six months. At that time, I was covered by a maternity exemption and was not informed that I would need to pay for this follow-up appointment. When I arrived, the receptionist asked if I was exempt. After confirming my baby is 14 months old, she told me I was no longer exempt and would have to pay, saying I "should have checked." As I had not been informed in advance, I had not budgeted for this and asked to rebook. She responded that she was "not happy" and took my form in a rushed manner. I found this interaction unprofessional and disappointing. Had I been informed in advance that payment was required, I would have prepared accordingly. A lack of clear communication, combined with the receptionist’s attitude, left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the experience.

I suffer from COPD and needed 2 fillings and my dentist Sayoojya Mohanan and her assistant were really amazing with me. I panicked badly and they were able to see me through my treatment. I really thought I’d be returning home with no treatment as I was so frightened of having the procedure with my breathing. They deserve every credit.

I'm a very nervous patient. But every member of staff I have dealt with here in Basingstoke have been absolutely brilliant. From the first moment I walked in the door the reception staff were amazing and calmed me down. The dentist explained everything and talked over my options.

Absolutely brilliant service, very promptly registered as new patients. Reception staff really helpful. Our allocated dentist (Sam) really made us feel at ease. Really pleased to find this dental practice.
