I received such good care from everyone involved, the reception staff, to the incredibly kind and efficient nurses, to my dentist who was so reassuring and patient. I can’t say having a tooth extracted will ever be a pleasant experience, but if I had to go through it again I would choose to come back here. I can’t remember my nurses name (numbing drugs and anxiety about the procedure), but she was so good with me and I wouldn’t have gotten through it without her.

From the moment I walked into the surgery, I was instantly put at ease. The staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed . Lilly was great and explained everything thoroughly. Best Dental Clinic in Town

I have had to have a couple of appointments recently for some last touch ups on my bonding and Dr Ose was super friendly, very informative. I felt so comfortable when I am usually very anxious when going to dentist appointments. He’s very trustworthy and if I could I would give him and the girls 10 stars great team and atmosphere!

Quite frankly I’m disgusted at their level of customer service and care. Wish I had never given them my money. Paid almost £4k for Invisalign and it’s taken over two years for treatment that was supposed to take 1 year very max. Bring you in to review your braces and other pointless appointments when they themselves afterwards say oh this can be done via email, no one ever knew what I was booked in for and always just said you need to come in in two weeks for another appointment and when asked what for never clear until the next appointment. Always running late and left waiting with no update for at least half an hour minimum after scheduled appointment times. Dr Kamila left and I was waiting for my removable retainers for 20 weeks when it was supposed to be 2!!! No communication whatsoever. Had to chase via phone and email for weeks, no one helped in the slightest. Absolutely useless and when they finally came in no apology for their terrible service. Asked for their complaints procedure and was just completely ignored. So so rude and so glad I never have to go back again or give them a penny more. DO NOT RECOMMEND! EDIT - No one has reached out to me as expected.

This has to be the WORST service I have ever experienced. Really regret choosing this "dentist" for my Invisalign treatment. They’re quick to take your money but it was all down hill from there. A 4 month treatment has taken 14 months & im still not finished. No info given on what plan i had been signed up to so massively over paid for a limited amount aligners. Treatment now ending & im no where near happy with the results. Multiple appointments cancelled on the day after I’d booked time off work. Not rebooked for months later. I was left in the same tray for over 4 months even though I phoned multiple times to say it’s cracked. The receptionists never seem to know what day of the week it is. Never seen a clin check/plan. Never received a contract. It’s been absolute hell & a complete waste of money. I have my final app booked in next week but they’re rushing to finish my treatment. I’m supposed to get attachments removed so I can whiten then go back to get fixed retainers & bonding & scanned for final retainers but nope they want to just give me fixed retainers and send me on my way. So annoyed at not doing my research first. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will regret it!

So happy with my new smile from Dentist Kamila. She put me at ease immediately. I have had so many compliments from people about my teeth so money well spent. Lovely dental practice, very modern and professional. The girl on reception with dark hair was very informative and helpful when I first enquired about treatment and each time I went she was always welcoming and remembered me. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now for my dental needs.

I have been treated by Osi Akpene many times and found him very friendly, has a calming influence which helps to relax you. Very considerate towards his patients. Never rushes you. Explains any treatment in great detail. Definitely recommend.
