I am such a nervous patient and get extremely anxious when going to the dentist but Morad is just amazing!! He is very honest and so so patient. He explained everything so clearly and gave me time to take a breath and keep calm before carrying on treatment. The ladies at reception and the dental nurses are all so lovely and welcoming too. Would highly recommend.

I honestly can’t recommend Dr. Gurveen Kalsi enough. After not seeing a dentist for over 10 years due to a real fear of needles, I was incredibly nervous going in—but she completely changed that for me. Dr. Gurveen Kalsi is so calm, patient, and understanding. She took the time to explain everything, never rushed me, and made sure I felt comfortable at every step. Thanks to her, I’ve managed to overcome a fear I’ve had for years, which I never thought would be possible. If you’re someone who feels anxious or has avoided the dentist, this is exactly the kind of care you need. Truly grateful for the support and kindness—an amazing experience from start to finish.

My experience with this practice and more importantly Gurveen Kalsi and her assistant are incredible. Outstanding treatment and actually care about the work they do. Me and my partner have always been so calm about going to appointments thanks to the calm environment, friendly staff and the knowledge from all the staff. I am very grateful so thank you so much ☺️

I recently saw one of the Hygienists - Alin, if I could I would give him 10 stars. He is very gentle and yet very thorough with his job. Always professional and polite. My daughter saw Gurveen and same feedback goes to her. She has very good approach when it comes to children. The reception team is always welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!

Wanted an Appointment for antibiotics due to infection. Said they couldn’t get an appointment via nhs for 4-5 weeks but could do private next day at over £100. Went hospital instead as wasn’t paying £100+ for antibiotics. Waited 4 weeks for an appointment on nhs to be 5 mins late due to horrible traffic and wet weather to be turned away as they were shutting and my appointment would run 5 mins over close… said they could do appointment in 3 weeks time. A joke. Only want money.

Dr. Gurveen Kalsi and her assistant Rebecca are an exceptional team. Dr. Kalsi is both highly professional and genuinely caring. If I were running a dental practice, I’d hire her in a heartbeat. She expertly ensures everything goes so smoothly you barely notice the treatment. They make every visit calm and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Have been a patient with Affinity for many years have always found all staff to be very polite and friendly. Morad (dentist) and Jenny (Hygienist ) are true proffesionals and put you at ease when having treatments.
