recently moved into the area, right next door to this dental practice. During my first week (end of January), I registered as a paying patient but was given an appointment in May, which felt like a long wait. What concerned me more was the way I felt judged. There seems to be an assumption about people connected to the neighbouring property, and I’ve experienced uncomfortable reactions from others nearby as well. This has made me feel unwelcome in the community. I’ve lived in the Vale of Glamorgan since I was 17 and have volunteered in various organisations supporting the community, so this has been disappointing to experience. No one should feel judged or treated differently because of their circumstances, especially when accessing healthcare like dental services.

I am new to this surgery and had my first visit today and was so happy with the service I received. The lady on reception (I didn't catch her name) but when I called as I was running late, she was so understanding and welcoming when I got there. I saw Dr Daniel Dadham and what a brilliant Dentist he was. He was very thorough; making sure the appointment was patient centered by recognising that I wanted detailed advice on how to improve my dental hygiene, and explaining everything clearly. He has an excellent patient bedside manner and is clearly very knowledgeable - an exemplary dentist in my opinion and an asset to both the surgery and NHS.

Amazing service from this dentist. Dan had me in at short notice and made a great job of a tooth removal that I was worried about. He is a dentist at the top of his game. Thanks for a great service

Been coming here for 16years, my son is now 14 and comes too. Nothing but helpful, professional treatment, very rarely running late, affordable fees & always a reminder call the day before! 🙏

Needed a emergency appointment, wasn’t registered with them but they saw me even with this pandemic going on. So friendly, professional and all round good dentistry.

Registered with this Surgery had a check up from the receptionist to the dentist they were really good, very nice and friendly.

This is my dental practice. My dentist is very thorough and all the staff are friendly
