The Waterfront Dental Surgery

Not been long at this practice and the staff made me very welcome from the very start. i am a bit afraid of dentists in general but they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed whilst having some treatment done. couldnt ask for anything more they really do care about the patients that go for treatment with them. So thank u so much to all the staff keep up the good work guys on a fantastic job that your doing and thanks again.

Used to be the best practice in South Wales until Martin left. My last experience was absolutely shocking and left me in no doubt that the new owners are only focused on making money. I had no confidence in the dentist who saw me, especially when I was given an estimate of over £500 for dental work that I don’t actually need. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful and I definitely won’t be back.

Been comung here for years, great long-term staff. Dentist Leandro really gentle and knowledgable.

I have recently joined the waterfront dentist, I can’t recommend them enough! Staff are super friendly, they gave me really good advice for my aftercare, and the treatment I had was amazing! In only 2 visits with the hygienist Cheryl and her assistant Cassia, my teeth look and feel amazing! They are just the best. There was no trying to upsell or hidden costs. Price of my treatment was reasonable and not expensive for a private practice. Highly recommended dentist ☺️👌🏻

After Martin left I was nervous seeing another dentist. My daughter had her wisdom tooth out today with the new dentist. She was so kind and gentle and the nurse was very empathetic towards my daughter. Great team.

Leandro is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I have quite a bad fear of dentists (it’s stopped me from getting treatment in the past) but Leandro and the team have been nothing but kind. He has talked through every procedure and I’ve always known what to expect next. Sarah and Laura are wonderfully welcoming and they are always more than happy to help. The dental work is brilliant quality and I’ve never had any issues with the work done. I feel safe, comfortable and well-informed in Waterfront Dental.
