Dr. S Pope - The Old Vicarage Dental Surgery

Tried to register my mum for private dental care. Lady at the reception told they don’t do NHS walk-in appointments. Explained her I need private appointment. Said they don’t do that unless by phone. However, the other lady on Monday asked if I want to book an appointment for 10th May straight away. Definitely will find another clinic with more friendly staff. I believe there are more than one clinic around North Devon.

Visted hygienist today..from being greated with friendly smiles from the two ladies on reception (sorry girls didn't catch your name's) to seeing Ananthakrishnan Harikrishnan ,,who was so very friendly and talking me through the progress and not forgetting his friendly colleague who assisted throughout. Once again first class treatment from the team at the old vicarage .. Thankyou

Used to be so good, sadly not the case anymore. Impossible to make appointments. Appointments cancelled. Staff are as helpful as they are allowed to be but it's simply not offering any service at all at present.

Just wanted to say a big thankyou to the wonderful dentist ,who dealt with my daughters extraction of a wisedom tooth last week ,he was so patient ,kind ,and understanding with her ,she severe needle phobic ,and it really helped having someone so caring and understanding ,well done to the dental nurses ,and the wonderful ladies on reception ,so caring all of you ,thankyou for the wonderful service you ve provided ,especially during lockdown ,its greatly appricated

Cannot thank Claudia and the team enough, I am petrified of the dentist and I feel so at ease visiting the team. Great covid procedures in place too. Thanks.
