I’ve just had my first appointment with Matt after moving from a terrible dentist. I had a lovely experience at Devon dentists, right from when I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly and kindly from the lovely girls at reception, who were also able to answer a lot of questions for me. Once I was in the room with Matt and the dental nurse I was instantly greeted with a smile and made to feel very comfortable, they talked me through every process and treatment required for myself and explained why it was needed, Matt also gave me a mirror to physically show me what he was talking about. Matt has a lovely way of talking to patients and for the first time ever I felt comfortable, not anxious and actually excited to get things started. Thank you to the whole team, you do a fantastic job and I would highly recommend anyone to come to this practice

I came to this dentist mainly due to the excellent reviews which are well founded. I had my initial visit with Matt, which was the first time I had been to a dentist for well over 15 years. He undertook a thorough examination, clearly explaining what was what and the way forward. The staff are very friendly, competent and genuinely puts you at ease. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I had struggled to join a dental practice since I moved to Barnstaple over a year ago. I received excellent care and advice from Lily Rajput who spent a lot of time assessing my teeth and gums. She was very thorough and gave me some great advice. I have been referred to the hygienist for further management. All of the staff are so welcoming and professional and the premises are bright and spotless. A great all round experience and well recommended.

My first time as a patient at Devon Dentists left me feeling uplifted and empowered! I suspect that's a rare thing to say after visiting a dentist and finding you need to part with hundreds of pounds. Matt treated me with absolute respect and care. His check-up was thorough and sensitive, and his advice made perfect sense. As someone who has chosen natural health options throughout my life I felt very comfortable with his approach to dental care and hygiene. Great to finally feel I'm in good hands!

I am very satisfied after my first visit to this dental clinic. Both the dentist and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Dr. Matt was very patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. After the visit, my children said that the dentist is not as scary as they thought, which made me really happy. Overall, everything was absolutely great. I highly recommend this clinic.

We feel very lucky to have such a fantastic local dentist. We were already patients of Matt's, so naturally followed him when he moved practice. The whole team is welcoming and kind. Matt and his nurses are very patient and understanding, explaining everything well. They are fantastic with the kids, treating them as the patient, explaining directly to them rather than over them, putting them at ease. Highly recommend this practice for a comfortable, professional experience.

My daughter had an accident last year with her tooth and we were really struggling to get her help with our current dentist. I called Devon Dentist and the lovely receptionist was able to fit her in just a few days later. She has since been and had the most wonderful experience with the lovely dentist who was very thorough in his explanation, didn't feel rushed and she even got a little teddy! Would 100% recommend!!
