Zero star. Very horrible experience. First of all the receptionist is very rude, she does not know how to speak nicely. And they only offer appointments in the mornings or early afternoon. Their excuse is the dentist does not work in the afternoon. What kind of service do you provide then? Why is ur practice even open?

Unfortunately, this dental practice has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The care for patients is absolutely abysmal. I’ve had to seek out other options to address issues caused by the negligence of the dentists here. Over the years, my daughter has needed multiple fillings, but every single time, they would fall out because the work was poorly done. The dentists seem to rush through appointments and fail to provide proper care. As for my own experience, I booked a cleaning and was deeply disappointed. The procedure was so subpar that I had to pay elsewhere for a proper cleaning. Additionally, I’d like to mention the receptionist who identifies herself as "Denver" (blonde, wearing glasses). Her attitude was shockingly poor. She displayed extreme rudeness, constantly cutting me off and refusing to let me express my concerns as a patient. She even refused to book an appointment for my eight-year-old child. Her unwillingness to listen or assist was beyond unacceptable.

Very easy to get a booking just call them and get an appointment. Friendly and helpful stuff and the doctors are nice.

Very impressed with this practice. Had 3 fillings today, every part fully explained, asked regularly if I was OK. Painless throughout. I highly recommend Thamesview Dental surgery. Thank you for a professional, friendly, appointment

Not very good at all being whit them for some time now , to fix my teeth , and the only thing they have done is clean , make bigger holes for more feeling, and now my teeth has broken , exted of putting a crown or something like , they make my teeth worse and I’m still waiting for a referral that’s it’s taking moths , and the only thing they do is clean and leave the teeth that is broke whit a hole on one side . And sill nothing. ?????
