I would like to thank Barking Apex Dental Care and the wonderful team there. A special thanks to Dr. Nuzhat Sayeed and dental nurse Sooraj for their kind and professional service. Apex Dental Care have been excellent. I recently joined the practice with my partner and we both have had a check-up, hygenist & filling. Staff are very professional and friendly. They took the time to explain the procedures and answer any questions - My partner had a very similar experience with different members of staff and we're both very happy with the service and results. The practice is kept very clean and wait times were very minimal. We've not had to wait more than 5 minutes past our appointment time at any of our visits.

After searching for an NHS dentist for a long time, I was very fortunate to find Apex Dental Care. Dr. Kulik was not only very professional but also genuinely caring. The excellent treatment and personal attention made me feel comfortable and well looked after. I highly recommend Apex Dental Care.

Nikola was such a great help. She asked and listened to any of my needs. She did exactly what I wanted and could not have asked for more. It was all quick and easy.

I had a great consultation today with a new dentist. She’s incredibly passionate about her practice, and it really shines through. The service was outstanding, and her expertise is well beyond her years. It’s genuinely refreshing to see such high standards of professionalism.

Im sure these reviews are made by private customers. It's clearly seen that NHS customers are not welcome. I'm pregnant and have arthritis came in to do a cleaning with the dentist and was told I had no appointment booked... Which I don't believe ... because I was asked to come back as they didn't have time to do it last week and every time I come in Im refused even the most basic clean and referred to book to pay £65 with hygienist. Shameless... And this time I won't let myself be tricked into removing the review as last time they asked me to remove the review to come in again for them to refuse a cleaning again with the excuse it was not "medically necessary''. I have not had even one basic clean since they took over the surgery , all refused. It is even more concerning taking into account I'm pregnant and issues on my teeth could affect the baby. Im not worried about being removed as a patient as I haven't even been able to get a clean in 2 or 3 years... What is the point? One of the receptionists also needs to attend to a basic customer service course, just a friendly advice. The problem is not the money, the problem is who I'd be giving my money to.
