I am extremely disappointed with the care and attitude we received at this dental practice. My 9-year-old son had just experienced significant trauma after being hit by a car, resulting in a tooth being knocked out and requiring emergency treatment to reposition and wire it. Understandably, he is in pain, distressed, and unable to eat. When I attended the appointment, I raised a reasonable concern about sedation for his upcoming root canal due to the recent trauma. Instead of being met with empathy or professional guidance, my concern was dismissed and I was laughed at, which I found completely inappropriate and insensitive given the circumstances. To make matters worse, I was told it could take months to see an NHS specialist, with no urgency or support offered despite my child’s condition. The lack of compassion, understanding, and proactive care was shocking. The reception manager is beyond unprofessional and lilliana has 0 people skills and beyond arrogant. I wouldn't want her working on my dogs teeth let alone my child. No parent should be made to feel dismissed when advocating for their child, especially after such a traumatic event. I have since sought care elsewhere, where my son is being treated with the kindness and urgency he deserves. I would not recommend this practice based on our vile experience

Rude receptionist. She was so pushy about booking an appt for treatment, we had to book right then and had to get the treatment done within 3 months or we would receive letters. OMG waste your money on sending letters! I said I could not book an appt right now and would ring up to book as we have other appts. She was literally saying no we could not do that. Also some people may have to save up for the treatment, money does not grow on trees. Then when she finally dropped that she said we had to be seen in 6 months for a check up and I said no a year. I booked an appt for a years time but have cancelled it. We have registered elsewhere and the receptionist was lovely. Seems like this branch are just money grabbers and need to teach the receptionist some manners. When a customer says they can’t book it there and then maybe accept that answer and move on. I told the receptionist I was not happy with the customer service and as we were going out the door she shouted I’m sorry. Really bad customer service.

Visited the hygienist Ruth today, what a lovely bubbly lady, very friendly buy professional and she kept me informed of what she was doing the whole time. Lots of good advice and did a lovely job on my teeth too. Only gave 4 stars because was overcharged by receptionist and had to spend some time getting refunded.

I can have no complaints about the standard of the dentistry. However my appointment was for 11:25 and I wasn't seen until 11:40. Now sometimes treatments can overspill and of course I understand that, but that wasn't the case. There was no patient before me. The dentist is entitled to a comfort break but I think a courtesy to explain why the appointment is not happening on time is appropriate. This isn't the first time this has happened either; I can't remember ever being seen on time at your surgery. I probably wouldn't have cared so much had it not been that I had to leave an important business meeting in able to attend my appointment in a timely fashion.

I've always had an excellent experience with this practice. From the booking of appointments to fillings/extractions/dental advice etc. Pain management has always been superb. Also I recently had my very first partial top denture which fitted perfectly the very first time. Everything is explained to me very clearly. The dentist who treats me is Sejal. Thanks ever so much!

Absolutely wonderful experience here. The dentist Bianca and the dental nurse Haydn were a pleasure to be around, making me feel very chilled and assured. Thank you soooo much!! Xx

Ruth is extremely friendly; she always makes going to see her a pleasure when undergoing oral hygiene treatments and she always provides excellent advice on keeping your teeth and gums in a healthy condition. Highly recommended!
