Ashwell Dental Surgery

I've had a severe dental fear for years and finally had to go back to a dentist when I was in a lot of pain. Radhika has been nothing but kind, empathetic and patient. Thanks to her outstanding care I no longer dread going to the dentist and even coped with having an extraction with a different dentist. I will miss her calming presence and wish only the best for her in the future

As a fearful patient, even getting into a dentist’s office is a big step for me. I was very scared when I first went to see Dr Crombie-Jones but she has been very very kind and taken it all at my pace and staged treatment so as not to overwhelm me. I still struggle with new things, but I do not feel scared to be treated by her anymore and am even going to book a hygienist visit. Every single step of the way everything has been explained and there has never been any "telling off" or being made to feel ashamed, which is what I was scared would happen and has happened elsewhere previously. I simply cannot fault Dr Crosbie-Jones’ care or professionalism at all.

Radhika was terrible, since she has been at the practice 3 times i have seen her and three times she has done nothing, first time she said that she couldnt repair a broken filling that i had done at her practice by a previous dentist, second time i went with the same problem plus 2 crowns that had fallen out, she said that she couldnt fix it, and the third time i was in pain with the 2 crowns that still still missing and still refused to do anything, a complete waste of my time going there, she still charged me although she did nothing! i'm now going to a different dentist, i question he qualifications as she doesnt seem to be able to do anything

Radhika & Yas are amazing. I was really nervous prior to my appointment to fix a chipped tooth and have a filling but Radhika and Yas were super lovely and friendly, put me at ease, explained everything to me and reassured me every step of the way. The spa music playing was a huge bonus! Thank you both, Nikki

I had a hygiene appointment with Marie Jackson, and she was incredible. She did an excellent job.I would highly recommend her.

Radhika has been fantastic with me and my 2 children. We had been with our previous dentist for 25 years, and she put us at ease instantly giving great advice and encouraging healthy habits.
