I called to see if they would accept a new patient. Receptionist was extrememly abrupt, to the point of being rude. Didn't ask if I wanted NHS or private care, just told me they were not accepting new patients despite the website and recorded message saying they were. Very unprofessional.

Great staff, very polite and they make you feel at ease. A really friendly and professional team.

I came here for an emergency checkup during COVID19. I was not a member of this practice and I'm a long way from home 🇬🇷. The practice's staff were warm and professional, immediately tended to me, provided me with a succinct description of my situation and advised accordingly. I have a stronger awareness of how to optimally maintain my dental health. I would like to thank you kindly for your service to me, and wish your business every success in the future. 🦷💫😁🙏

AWFUL, SHOCKING , DISGRACEFUL these are words that come to mind when I think of this place. MY husband has been in agony since 25th May and after phoning numerous times and also going in he was grudgingly prescribed antibiotics without EVER seeing a dentist!!!! On Fri 28th when he came in from work in severe pain he had to call 111 and was given an appointment at Irvine Central for Sat morning and had to have the tooth extracted as there were 2 abcesses !!!! We had to cancel dinner on Fru night and also a night away due to his pain. Please do not go near this place as they couldn't spell DENTIST.

Had my composite bonding done over the past 2 weeks with Dr.Sukhada Bal at the Ayr dental studio . What a great experience she talked me through every stage of the way and made me feel at ease, I couldn’t be any happier with the treatment and service that was provided! Thanks again

Carry On Dentist more like! They broke my tooth when putting in a filling then wanted to charge me to repair it. Previously attempted to extract a tooth but it broke leaving the root exposed then they advised me to go to XHouse. Very rude and patronising young receptionist.
