I first saw Lucy for a free consultation appointment, she went over everything in detail, I then saw Pamela for an Invisalign consultation as that’s what I felt was right for me after Lucy explained it all, and from the moment I came to the practice I felt welcomed by the staff, friendly relaxing atmosphere and everything was explained in detail. Spoke through all the options and what was best for me and the outcome I wanted. Decided to go ahead and every appointment was amazing. Was informed throughout of what would happen at each of my appointments, had no problems throughout my treatment and I’m now on my last set of refinement trays and so far the results are amazing! Highly recommend this practice and all the staff are great! X

Registered my son last year, he attended for a check up and was told that he required three teeth removed and we would be followed up. I made two attempts to arrange an appointment without success. Registered at a new dentist and no teeth required removal, instead only one filling, further check ups carried out at new practice and no concerns regarding my son’s teeth and no discussion around extractions. Would not recommend this practice. I attended the practice and was given my £20 deposit back that I paid to confirm his initial appointment last year however no explanation or apology as to why there was no follow up.

First visit to Prestwick practice for a diamond polish and a little dental maintenance with Dr Pamela Kent ! Felt like I had arrived for a beauty treatment instead! Calm and relaxing environment from the front door through to the treatment rooms ! Left with a great job done and feeling like I’d just left a spa!

Got my composite bonding done half a year ago now and had the best customer experience with everybody in the branch. Dr Pamela Kent did the best job ever never felt more comfortable with my smile! Recommend to everybody !

I had a great experience here. The staff are very accommodating. Lucy and Pamela especially are both so friendly and approachable. The space is clean and comfortable. I love my teeth now!

Visited dentistry with care in Prestwick for cosmetic work recently and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Both Lucy and Pamela gave me so much reassurance and provided me with all the information I needed, any experience at the dentist can be daunting but I felt so at ease and relaxed throughout my journey they couldn’t have been more helpful and what a great job they done!
